Horrible activities place
Arrived there for some family holiday fun. I should have known things were going to be bad when you are patted down through security before you enter. For the prices to be expensive and timed, they do not give you time to do much. Lines are long and ran by teenagers. Grown people cutting lines and not listening to the teenagers that’s running things. Alcohol was giving away. Security will pay you down but scared to do any real altercations. I give this place a solid five months to be active before they are bankrupt.

If you need to book a birthday party don’t do it here!
(Long Post) I wasn’t going to write a review, but I have been so bothered by how my child’s birthday party was handled. On November 11th, I booked my son’s 10th birthday for December 17th (2:30-4:30pm). Everything started off good. I had no problem booking. I got the largest package they had and even paid an extra $100 for the larger room that holds 30 people. I was told I would be contacted 3 days before my event to go over the final details. The day before my event I started calling and leaving voicemails to confirm my son’s party and got no response. The day of my party my husband and I are calling continuously every phone line and leaving voicemails. We finally spoke to someone to make sure we even have a party at this point and to order our additional food. We arrive 15 min early as my paperwork stated and it went from bad to worse. I went from being early to getting into my room until 22 mins past my party start time due to the female manager being the only one at the event checkout desk and having a long line. When the front desk had no one in line I asked can I check in with them and was told no. I had to go through the event service line. We were handed off to the young lady with the blonde hair who was our party host. She took us to our room I asked if we were in the right room. I paid for a room that seats 30 and the room we were in did not. She said that she would go get her manager. Again comes the lady with the long braids who was at the event check in desk who swore to me and my husband that this was the largest room they had and that all they could do was bring in addition chairs. I am livid at this point, but it gets worse. My party host, although a very nice girl, was nowhere to be found most of the time. I had to hunt other workers down for plates and other things I ordered who only told me they would just let my party host know. Turns out this one girl was stretched between 3 parties. Just sad! At this point my husband and my sister spoke with the male manager and told him what was going on. The male manager asked them why we didn’t get the bigger room. We did! We also stated we would be reaching out to corporate, and he told us we were looking at corporate. Sad! To make things better he said we was going to let us stay 30mins past our party time. I got here early. That was already owed to us since we couldn’t even get into our room until 22 minutes past the start time. I had guest standing in the lobby waiting. How embarrassing! When I found the female manager to finally get my plates and ice cream, she asked then if we would like to transfer to “another” room. Why would I do that?? It is 4pm and my party ends in 30 mins! It was probably the room I actually paid for! I really wanted to love this place, but it was the worst party experience that I have ever had. They have absolutely no customer service skills and it seems like there are just a bunch of kids working there who have no idea what they are doing. I am not at all surprised because neither do the managers. If I had to say something nice, it is a fun place for kids to rip and run. If you want to go just to play and do your own thing then yes it would be good even though they shut down attractions like laser tag or bumper cars on our party day. However, if you are planning a party take your money elsewhere. For me paying well over $600 for a party I expected it to be better that this. I feel like they stole $100 from me for lying to me about my room in the first place. Never again!
