She didn't show up!!
She didn't bother to show up for my appointment AT ALL. I was awoken by a confirmation text message 3 hours before my scheduled appointment. I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes(30 minutes past my appointment time). I called, I texted, no response. I spent another half hour trying to get my money back from Groupon. What a waste of my time!!! I'm not the only one she's done this to.
