3.5The Raven At Three Peaks(71 reviews) - Pleasant Golf Course for a value lunch Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Golf Courses
We ate at the golf course restaurant. It had a typical bar and indoor golfers restaurant with limited views of the course below. The outdoor terrace was musch more attractive with comfortabletables and red umbrellas. We could see course below pleasant but still not great view. Service was good and the menu was good but small. I had a good turkey club and my wife had a fair burger, We often look for a golf course because the food view and price always please....See more..

We played this course because of a recommendation from a fellow golfer on a trip to the Western Slope. We could hardly believe it. This is one of the best courses in Colorado. We can't wait to go back. The course conditions were excellent (early October), and the views were breathtaking. The staff could not have been more accommodating, outgoing or friendly. The quality of the experience far outweighed the cost to play. One of the best bargains, ever!See more..
4.5Riverdale Golf Courses(22 reviews) - Why go anywhere else Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM Golf Courses
This is a 36 hole facility. The Dunes is a links style and is very nice. Be prepared if it is windy. Makes it play much tougher. Typical Pete Dye layout. Dunes, sand, railroad ties, and water on 9&18. Though the Knolls Course is the lesser played, it is an interesting layout with a few layup holes and very good par 3’s. You must place your shot in the correct position to score well. Both courses are walker friendly and food is excellent at the pub. And, the beer is COLD!!!See more..

Good personnel, got off right on time. Nobody behind or in front of us. We played around 4:30 on a weekday. Well tended. Nice 9-hole course- one of the better ones. Convenient, played in regulation time. On the downside it sometimes has learners and newbies and they take a little longer. Be patient. Everyone seems to really tolerant pf newbies. Not busy in the late afternoon. Not that difficult and doesn't play slow. Played there 4 times over the summer.See more..

Super fun course a mile high! In excellent condition from tee to green. Lots of challenging holes. Greens hold a well hit high approach but come in low and it rolls forever on true but fast greens. Some real nice un manicured hazards to avoid. Beautiful homes surround the course. Nice staff and a nice lunch followed my Round with a really cold beer. Don’t forget the ball goes further so play back a tee for more funSee more..

3.5Evergreen Family Golf Center(16 reviews) - Good Mountain Golf at a great price! Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Golf Courses
Golf is sometimes a game of snobbery with people whining and kvetching about all sorts of nonsense. The Evergreen Golf Course, run by the city of Denver with a weekly 18 round price of $20.00 is about as good a value as you can get AND it comes with great scenery and a view of the lake that you just don't get anywhere else. Is it a pristine course? No, the cart paths are dirt in most places but the fairways are challenging, clean, well maintained, and the greens are smooth and fast........even the ones with the Elk footprints on them! (We were told over 100 Elk migrating back and forth on the course is normal although we were spared on the day we played.) I've even played on better mountain courses but this course is a great day of golf and anyone would be remiss if they passed it up! I played with a foursome with friends from Mass. and Calif. and they ALL said they could not WAIT to play again...... and I agree wholeheartedly.See more..

4.0Bridges Golf & Country Club(15 reviews) - fun course, well maintained Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Golf Courses
This is a fun links course. The folks in the clubhouse were a bit snooty, but the employees were very nice and accomodating.See more..
Had a great "fall" round on this newly redone course. Greens were like brand new.....lofted wedge shots really rolled far making it difficult to get close but it was late fall. Greens are really tricky and on this day pin placements were brutally difficult...if you were off a little on an approach shot it could take really sharp kicks away from greens and down in the valleys making it almost impossible to scramble for a par. Although I had only played here once before years ago, it appears that the City did a very good job with all of their improvements.See more..
I live nearby so I'm biased, but this is one of the finest, most under rated courses in Colorado. It is scenic and challenging. The restaurant and bar are excellent as well!See more..

5.0Indian Peaks Golf Course(10 reviews) - Really Nice Course in in Denver/Boulder Area Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM Golf Courses
This is obviously a very popular golf club. Plan on being paired up unless you are a foursome and make reservations as far as possible in advance. Nice clubhouse and large driving range for warming up. They run right on schedule and constantly check on pace of play. We played in four hours and they were still pushing us along. Fairways were in good condition and very wide and open. Greens were in excellent condition. Exceptional views from several holes...number 18 in particular, Price is reasonable and would play again if in the area.See more..

We were camping at the nearby state park and happened onto this course. We enjoyed it very much. There were, what seemed like, hundreds of Canadian geese all over the place.
