Our Story: Ron & Michelle Yovich are the majority owners of Mountain Cowboy Brewing Company and the former owners and operators of Ella J Farms - Colorado Hops. Both Ron and Michelle are Wyoming natives but have lived in Colorado now for nearly 30 years. From it's inception in 2010, Ella J Farms was the largest commercial hops farm on the Colorado Front Range and provided hops to many local craft breweries as well as AC Golden (Coors) for their Colorado Native line of beers. The Yoviches have moved on from operating the hops farm to concentrate on running a successful coffee roastery, craft beer brewery and specialty bakery in downtown Frederick, CO with a second taproom located in Loveland, CO.
