Run Wild Retreats are a fabulous way to explore trails in a part of the world you’ve always wanted to visit without having to plan out the details. All you have to do is show up-everything else is taken care of, from the routes to the lodging, meals and a spa experience. Participants included women of various ages and running abilities; one does not need to be an experienced runner to enjoy these destination trips. Most women arrived alone, so no need to bring a friend. The experience is very social in nature. Everyone was very welcoming and accepting of one another, and the retreat leader ensured everyone felt safe, included and enjoyed their experience. It was easy to see that the retreat was mindfully planned with much care taken to provide a memorable experience for every participant. See more..
