Just a short drive from the city, this is an incredibly inexpensive outing that results in a day full of fun, laughter, and smiles. My 7- and 8-year-old granddaughters look forward to this every summer. And truth be told, so do I! I remember going to Tiny Town as a small child, so taking my granddaughters there now brings back wonderful memories of days gone by. And it's fun to now see on some of the tiny buildings the names and logos of a few businesses that were in the Denver area when I was a child and young adult. For us native Coloradans, some of it is a walk down memory lane. Native or not, it's super fun!! See more..

We have a summer cabin in South Fork and have done the train 3 times. It's great. Lots of history and fun for the kids and adults. The ride to Creede is very pretty. The car is a little bumpy as it has no shocks but nothing too bad. The kids want to go every time we are there. See more..
