    Good stop
I enjoyed visiting the academy. The visitor center is a good starting point. Tours start from here. There is also a short video and various displays at the visitor center as well as a gift shop. Parking was easy. We also enjoyed watching gliders and parachute jumps.

    What an amazing campus/facility
The Academy never ceases to amaze us with its facilities. If you don't have a military ID, you will need to go through the Visitor office at the south entrance or the north entrance may be open to visitors IF there is an athletic event that day. The chapel is closed until 2022 which is a shame since it's so beautiful inside on a sunny day but you can still walk around the chapel and see the various plaques honoring past graduates and class members. There is also a view down on to the teratso where the cadets proceed to their classes and have formations. You can wander through the Field House and see the amazing indoor ice arena, basketball arena and indoor track facility. And the building next to the outdoor tennis courts has indoor tennis & racketball courts, wrestling rooms, swimming pools, etc. It's amazing the amount of athletic sports that are supported by these two buildings. It's definitely worth wandering through (and getting lost).
