4.5Wren Building(199 reviews) - Attended Saturday Organ Concert in Wren Chapel Architectural Buildings
My daughter and I attended a Saturday organ concert in Wren Chapel, which is on the "back" of the Wren Building (from the Colonial Williamsburg side). We found out about it from the events guide of Colonial Williamsburg. It was about a 1/2 hour concert on the organ from 1740s. It was a beautiful concert in the beautiful Wren Chapel. Wish we would have had more time to look at the building, I guess we will when we go back.See more..

I just went here and I have to say the offerings of fresh fruits, vegetables, and teas was enough to keep me stocked up. I recommend bring your own bags, get there early and parking within a block should not be an issue. They do take credit cards, and there is prepped foods so you can eat, shop and get on with the sightseeing.See more..
The building is magnificent (all in marble) and it is clear that the inside used to be as well. The owners are doing their best to maintain the building (and deal with vandalism and trespassing attempts, very sad). The tour is informative and details the history of the place. Some great element remains (grand staircase, huge Tiffany stained glass, one nice chimney) but overall the building is in a bad state. The gardens look nice as well and it is a good walk but again a good renovation would turn this place into an amazing landmark.See more..
This is wonderful place to visit while in Winchester. It is the oldest home in the area built in 1754 I believe (or somewhere close to that.) It has many original victorian peices in it. Our guide was wonderul, explaining what each peice was and how it was used back then. There is also a period log cabin on the property which is also very neat. We really enjoyed this tour.See more..

He played a wide assortment of songs - from classical to contemporary to patriotic to folksy to songs from musicals. We had fun trying to see who could "name that tune". 3.0Hampton City Hall(15 reviews) - Workshop At City Hall Architectural Buildings
I've visited City Hall several times but the last time was to attend a workshop offered by Source For Teachers. Security is always friendly and helpful when it comes to getting to the right office on the right floor. I'm always pleased when the restroom facilities are clean and smell pleasant. I've always found the building to be cleaning and inviting as well. The conference space was in good condition and equipment worked as intended. All experiences have been pleasant. To pay personal property taxes, I use the online service which is very easy, therefore I don't have to visit for that reason. See more..
