    My boyfriend and I went repelling and rock climbing with Lester in October. Lester was very personable and made us feel safe and confident in his abilities from the start. Little things like the “commitments to safety” he had us repeat in the beginning to his in-depth tutorials about knot-tying made us feel really comfortable stepping off the ledge once it came time to repel. The day was tailored to us and Lester was up for staying longer if we wanted to climb more. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Shenandoah area, and have already sent our weekend itinerary to some friends, telling them how great it was. See more..

    If you want a truly unique experience in the Shenandoah NP...Andy is your guy! No matter your age or experience, Andy will make you feel safe and comfortable in whatever adventure you choose. We are a family of 4 and Rock Climbed with Andy last summer and had such an amazing experience we rushed back this past July to mountain swim with Andy...natural rock water slides, cliff jumping, repelling down waterfalls...getting to experience the park like you would with no other guide. Andy is very knowledgeable and teaches you about every aspect of the natural world around you. Andy is also very patient and great with kids, taking time to teach them things along the journey.     My family and I spent the New Year’s holiday at Massanutten. One of the must dos is the tubing. The hill is not too steep, but enough to give you an excellent ride, either solo or tethered to others. You are permitted to tether up to four tubes for a family ride. Advanced reservations are a must, as these two hour sessions fill quickly. Our session was from 4 to 6pm and was sold out when we checked in for our passes. Note, that after sundown, the tube tracks begin to ice up, making for a faster ride. All in all, everyone had a great time and will be back for more on our next stay. See more..

    Nice clean quiet place to relax!! If your looking for a simple place to just relax this is it. The sites are water electric only but there is a dump station and bath house in site. There are also tent sites available. There's not much cell service either so that's a huge plus! See more..
