My son and I took our first mountain biking excursion ever at Bryce, rented a bike for my son with all the protective gear that came with it and took the Flow group lesson with Diane as our instructor. Excellent beginners class teaching the fundamentals. Diane was our instructor and she did an exceptional job, particularly with my son who's only 11 years old getting out on a MTB for the very first time. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Bryce or do some mountain biking. Bike rental shop is awesome; high end gear they use with bike rentals is a must and I highly recommend anyone going out on the trails to either rent this gear from the bike rental shop or ensure you have your own; these trails are no joke and the gear works. My son was on a Trek Remedy and had on full gear. Even with taking a bit of a spill on one of the trails, my boy had a blast and so did I! See more..

Back in February, my husband and I went to the Ski Lodge at the Homestead for some night skiing! We had an enjoyable evening starting off with a Hot Buttered Rum drink at the bar area. They made it with real ice cream! After our cocktail, we took advantage of the special night skiing. It was so much fun! It was not crowded. Next, we came inside for some delicious chili and cornbread. That warmed us up from being outside in the cold. The resort ended with some beautiful fireworks on the mountain. I love going to Basye! I love the smell of the fresh air, beautiful mountains, friendly people and plenty attraction and activities in the area. What more can you ask for?
