   This should be the "where is the" Oconto River Trail, as you never see the river. For Biking this trail is far too rough for much less than a Mountain Bike and borderline for a hybrid, which is what I ride. There is no surface to it, it is generally one track through the woods, two in some places, but very rough. The grass and weeds on the trail hide the numerous chipmunk holes. If I had not needed this trail to complete the list of Wisconsin State Bike Touring Trails, I would have turned around after one mile. See more..

   I live a couple blocks from this bar and every weekend it always is crowded and looks like a fun place. My wife and I stopped in Friday evening to try the fish fry. They greeted us when we walked in and had us go grab a table. We then waited for 15 minutes for a waiter and one never came. We then went to the bar to get menus and sat back down. After waiting another 15 minutes we decided to leave. It's very disappointing, as the bar has a great set up with tables/TVs/pool tables/etc and very wide open. See more..

   Long story made short, was minding our own buisness and my 150lb boyfriend got RIPPED off his bar stool by the 250+lb BAR OWNER because he thought he my boyfriend tore the bathroom apart...for absolute no reason when he was sitting next to our friend the entire time, and when asked why he ASSAULTED one of his random customers couldn't give a reason and kept saying "get back in here" instead of being a grown ass adult and telling us his "issues". Was our 2nd time there. 1st time was great! When bar owner wasnt there. Hope he enjoys the shiner I gave back in return to him ASSULTING one of his customer AND there girlfriend. Oh, and not to mention he serves underagers as well but obviously is more focused on starting fights in his own bar with legal paying customers.    Buyer beware do not purchase anything from this dealership or walk on their lot you will be sorry. I'm from Ohio and purchased what was supposed to be a brand new 80K boat sight unseen because it was advertised as a brand new boat. It was delivered to me with damage rust scratches scuffs and filthy and they already had my money so I had no choice but to fight after the fact. It's been over two months now and I still don't have anything resolved and I still don't have title to the boat. I'm trying to spread the word because I don't want anyone else to go through what I've been going through. They won't let me speak to anyone but a finance person they won't let me talk to the owner they won't let me talk to anyone they ignore my calls and emails like the plague.    The staff is rude, extremely racist and homophobic, the service is incredibly poor, the drinks are overpriced and cheaply made, and the bar is equipped like somebody handed the owner $500 and a mini fridge to start a bar with. Let's say you want a jack and coke? Sounds simple right? Apparently the owner can't serve one up without giving you a piece of his rotten attitude, and still manages to screw up throwing together his cheap liquor and generic cola from a 2 Liter bottle he got down the street. If you're into overpriced bad drinks in a rotten atmosphere, this is for you. I tried to be polite with the owner while asking about drink specials at an event, and he gave me attitude. Never seen a more poorly run business, anywhere. TL;DR: AVOID. Go anywhere else in town. Nutz Deep, Thomas House, even Bey's Bar. See more..

    Went for a sandwich which took 45 minutes to make. Girl behind counter making sandwich had stringy long hair which wasn't tied back. Apple strudel was empty inside and tasteless. Informed mgmt in case they didn't know and she was even worse. Said corporate lunches were more important than customers inline, talked loudly so everyone heard. Asked her to quiet down and she did not. Said my employees have a right to know which is true but she could have handled amongst us and then spoke to them later.     A family member of mine recently had a birthday party at this pub. They knew we were coming and there would be quite a few of us, but when we got there, they had only on bartender on duty. She did a fair job, I have to add and was very sweet. We had all but maybe 8 other people in the pub, so if we wouldn't have been there, they wouldn't have had much business. The owners came in a couple hours into the party, never acknowledged us or my family member at all, and complained because our children (about 11-14 yrs old) were disturbing customers. They left and never thanked us at all for our patronage, the bar tab we paid was over $300. I will never go there again, and we will find another place for our family parties.     BEWARE. If you need a "safe ride home" you cannot go here, because you cannot rely on them to do their job or duty. I used to love this place, and every time they would call the safe ride home program for me no problem and I'd get home safely, but there was this new bartender there who guilt tripped me for even ASKING for a safe ride home!!! (the volunteers have willingly decided to donate their time for this, they are A-OK with being called for a safe ride home!!!!) and she would NOT call the safe ride home program for me! AND SHE TRIED TO GET ME TO GET A RIDE HOME WITH A DRUNK STRANGER MAN!!!!!!!! NOT OK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a panic attack :'( it was horrible. Don't go here 'til they change their ways, especially if the daughter of the owner is here....and ESPECIALLY NOT if you are disabled or need a safe ride home or need good customer service.     Went to see Dennis DeYoung here for the Gathering on the Green event. Dennis put on a great show but the venue is horrible. I know it is run by volunteers but when I am paying money, I don’t expect the folks I am encountering to be rude and incompetent. They have permanent bathroom facilities but don’t allow you to use them. I have been to punk clubs that were more accommodating. If Elvis rose from the dead and had the Beatles backing him, I would still not go to this venue. Avoid at all costs! See more..
