    Seaquist Orchards Farm Market image
We love this store! Everything cherry and all looks delicious. They have a great variety of items and having tasted many of them, they are delicious! They also sell some gifts. The prices are good and the variety is terrific. You can buy delicious cherry juice-which is already frozen so you can travel with it and refrigerate as soon as you get home. We kept it in a cooler for several hours and could then continue thawing in the frig when we got home. The store is large, so easy to move around and not feel crowded. See more..

Open late August to Thanksgiving Eve, Ecker's Apple Farm is an amazing Pick-Your-Own orchard nestled into the ancient bluffs along the Mississippi River near Trempealeau, Wisconsin. They boast 20 varieties of apples including the famous Honeycrisp. All apples are certified Tru Earth and are grown with conscious thought to our environment and health. Scratch apple pies and hand-dipped caramel apples are made daily by the area's best grandmothers, but get there early as they always sell out! Weekends in September and October are fantastic for family outings as their beer garden, Hog's Back Brew Farm, is open from 12pm to 6pm. Kick back and listen to some live music while snacking on some local food truck fare. Ride the train through the orchard or just take a moment to relax and enjoy those mid-west autumn days. 10. 2.0 Peck’s Farm Market 1 West (13 reviews)
    - Terrible
    Spent 1-2 hours Farmers Markets
Peck’s Farm Market 1 West image
I don't even want to give them one star!!! This place was SO rude!!! I have been going here for years, feeding animals, buying produce etc...went today and tried to go feed animals with my kids only to be stopped and told the animals were for "paying customers." I told them I was going to buy food outside in the machines for the animals, so I was a paying customer and they asked me and my kids to leave! I told them there wasn't a reason to get angry, I just wanted clarification and didn't understand because I have been going here for years. The only answer I got was to be asked to leave. Never again! See more..
  11. 4.5 Downtown Appleton Farmer's Market (11 reviews)
    - Fantastic farmer's market
Wednesday: Spent 2-3 hours Farmers Markets
    Downtown Appleton Farmer's Market image
Appleton has a fantastic Saturday morning farmer's market. It is pedestrian and car friendly. Unlike Madison, Appleton closes down several blocks of College Ave which is surrounded by plenty of parking spaces and garages (yes they cost but 25 cents for 20 minutes is ok) Today the rain kept many away, good for us, no problem traversing the entire span, found everything we needed for our stir fry dinner. We always come home w/great veggies, also have found delicious sauces (Jimmy J's BBQ) and unusual yard art. Love it... If you're a fan of farmer's markets you should also visit West Bend, WI on a Saturday morning. Sorry looking photo of this rainy Saturday but advantages abound-no crowds and many vendors offered rain discounts. See more..

    - More than just meat
Speciality & Gift Shops • Farmers Markets
We had a local recommend this meat market to us while visiting the Spring Green area. This full service market is clean and attractive and carries a wide selection of meats fresh and cured. If you are an out-of-town visitor like us, you'll love the selection of deer and elk along with the regular favorites like beef, ham and premium bacon. Since we were camping, we purchased some excellent steaks to cook out, plus packed more in our freezer to enjoy at home. They also carry a selection of jams and dairy products. The block of Amish butter I purchased might be one of my favorite, long lasting souvenirs for our trip. If you are feeling adventurous, the market also sells their used Victorinox de-boning knives as well as blocks of new knive sets. See more..
