My husband and I stopped by their wine bar for a Saturday afternoon lunch. It was a delightful meal with very attentive service and excellent food. We enjoyed the meatballs and the cold smoked duck, both of which come with several thin pieces of excellent baguette, as well as three glasses of different wines between us. Prices aren’t cheap, but they are in line with Door Co. and reflective of the high quality of the food and wine. Incidentally, we happened to be there when the wedding party of 14 dropped in (they left a nasty review below.) It’s a small place (as is the tasting room); of course they can’t accommodate that many people without notice. Don’t let that deter you from visiting.See more..

A most delightful place. We visited around noon on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all, giving us time to chat it up with the manager there. She filled us in on all the history of the place, the upcoming calendar of events, and hosted our wine tasting. Their wines are all very enjoyable and go down easy. We arrived on a day that the wine maker and owner were present and maintaining the vines. The tasting room was officially closed, but they saw us and were more than welcoming. We tasted many wines and ENJOYED this visit A LOT. We support the individual business owners when traveling and bought a case of great wine which we will share and enjoy now that we are home. We also tasted many grapes and were given a beginner lesson in reading "bricks" and choosing when to pick for the season. This was by far an amazing afternoon of fun with some new friends.
