    While the concept behind this was amazing, I felt the execution was not. We saw this exhibit in Madison, WI on 11-27-22 and felt like we were a bother to the staff. The lady that checked us in made it seem like a bother for her to get off her phone to scan our tickets. Our tickets were for 2:30. We arrived at 2:10. When asked if we should go in or wait, the staff member at the door said we could do whatever we wanted. We went in and it was very dark. When the lights came up, we realized we were standing right in front of people that were seated on the floor. Most people were seated on the floor as there are very few chairs (which was advertised). We felt the experienced could be better if they only allowed guests in at their scheduled timeframe. This would eliminate people walking in in the dark and tripping on people and standing in front of them. There were also many crying young children during the event which was a disappointment to us. This show has one room with a video that runs about 35 minutes. You can stay in the room and watch as long as you like. For us, a staff that appreciates the guests would be a huge improvement and if they could regulate people coming into the room during the video loop that would be a huge plus as well. See more..
