4.5Pabst Theater(289 reviews) - Milwaukee Police Band at the Pabst Theater Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM Theaters
We drove in with an elderly relative for the concert. We arrived about 45 minutes early and found free street parking two blocks away. There were several steps to climb to get to the elevator, but a handrail was available The elevator took us to the second floor. Steeper steps, also with a handrail, led to our seats. Unfortunately, handrails are not available at the ends of the banked rows of seats. The concert was good. Nice acoustics. See more..
I visited the John Michael Kohler Arts Center this weekend and was so impressed with the exhibits, the beauty and simplicity of the building, and the friendliness of all the staff I encountered. The gardens were also wonderful and there are lots of peaceful places to sit. I felt very safe visiting during COVID as the museum has great policies in place (limited entry, ability to make reservations online, hand sanitizer in each room, etc) and would recommend this amazing museum to anyone looking for some beautiful and thought-provoking art.See more..
What a cool place! You walk in and the beautifully restored decor transports you to the 1920’s. The modified movie posters on the walls are a nice touch. The seats are not as comfy as in the new theaters, and the screen is smaller, but the atmosphere 100% is worth it! Also, we specifically chose to come there at this time because they ask for proof of vaccine. Good for them! It certainly made us feel more at ease.See more..
Wow….this place is amazing! I’m very glad a friend told me about Big Top when I shared that I was traveling to Bayfield for vacation. Saw the Indigo Girls. Amazing concert at an amazing venue. Super easy to get to location, near Bayfield. Showed up to easy parking. Scanning of tickets on the mobile phone was quick. There’s great food and drinks that you can purchase once you arrive. The concert under the tent was spectacular. Everyone attending the show and working at the show was very friendly. You need to experience this at least once!!See more..

This was the first time my husband and I have been to this beautiful theater for a venue. We attended a Jonny Lang concert which, in itself was soul inspiring but being at this theater was over the top wonderful! We were assisted to our comfy seats on the mezzanine level over looking the stage. Then you look up at the beautiful ceiling, draperies and decor and you are transported back in time. It is truly inspiring! Can’t wait to go back for more!See more..

We really like this theater venue, close to home, easy parking. Deals for members include free popcorn (and membership costs nothing). Was here once when the movie stopped. 5.0Belfry Theater(48 reviews) - A music lovers paradise Theaters
Have been here a number of times with our dinner club. We just saw The Buckinghams. It was a spectacular concert. This is a hidden wonder. It is a smaller theatre, with comfortable chairs. The people are so friendly. During intermission, cookies and water are served for a donation. They recently added a wine bar. They usually have a meet and greet after the show, and everyone is offered a Dove ice cream bar on the way out. This is entertainment I highly recommend.See more..

We were able to visit the Phipps center even though it was being renovated. We went to see one of the center's finest hidden gems, their theater pipe organ. Although the auditorium is not huge, the Wurlitzer originally from the KSTP studios in St. Paul, sounds beautiful. They apparently will be using it for their Christmas show this year and hope many of the locals will get to hear it.See more..

YES!! This movie theatre has now reopened. It was closed for two years due to Covid. New owners (September 2022) are the Mann family. They are a young Montello family that continued this family friendly theatre. The movie prices $5 a ticket are historical as well as the concession prices. I took the historical tour of the theatre before the 7PM show this evening by one of the owners, Kerry Mann. Mr Mann and his wife Jen has a wealth of knowledge about this past Opera House/Theatre dating back before 1878. I highly recommend this theatre.See more..

4.5Clauson Family Music Show(15 reviews) - Good wholesome country experience, not overly polished Spent More than 3 hours Dinner Theaters
It was OK. Performances were good. The overall experience seemed a bit rustic, kitschy/hoky in this old barn in the middle of nowhere. It was clean and smaller than expected. The food was OK, nice assortment. Went as part of a bus trip for a package price of show, dinner and trip there and back. The show encouraged you to the gift shop and to buy extra snacks. Everything was served by the same people that performed. Costs more than it was worth to me, was OK, would never go again.See more..
