  1. 1.5 Routes Car Rental (51 reviews)
    - Poor Customer Service
    Thursday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM Spent 1-2 hours Taxis & Shuttles
    Routes Car Rental image
Terrible customer service. The rep was not friendly at all. Upon reaching the counter, his words were “drivers license, credit card” and he mumbled something else. I am an Atlanta resident and could not do the reservation. He actually asked me did I read the fine print? Wow!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he basically made me feel worse. Now I can’t get my refund because AARP can’t get a live person on the phone to confirm I didn’t pick up the car. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I would NEVER recommend this rental place due to the horrible customer service. It’s been more than a week and AARP has not received a phone call or an email response from Routes to process my refund. See more..
  2. 1.5 Amc Riverstone 15 (9 reviews)
    - Absolutely the WORST
    Movie Theaters
    Amc Riverstone 15 image
The experience from checking your purchase (Fandango) to concessions, to the inept help...I’m shocked that AMC would allow this pathetic theatre represent them. I’ll gladly drive another 5+ miles to avoid this place. See more..
  3. 1.5 Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (3 reviews)
    - Always an up-sell and other pitches, but a decent massage can be had.
    Spas
Be warned, if you been gifted a card for massage, facial, or other services, it will take forever for them to process. They NEVER know how to input the card information. They don’t know if you can put tips on it. This process is painfully slow and always new to the clerk. Then, their business model compels them to push for you to buy into a monthly package, which could be the best deal in the world, but if you don’t want it, you need to firmly decline it each and every time you go to a Hand and Stone. It is exhausting. That said, it is a clean facility and I have found some great massage therapists who work here and, if you are willing to put up with the nonsense, this place may work for you. It does tend to be less costly than some other spa See more..

  6. 1.5 Lithia Springs Mineral Water (2 reviews)
    - Wonderful History But Not Much To See
    Speciality Museums
    Lithia Springs Mineral Water image
The Lithia Springs Water Company has a very impressive history. Once touted for its healing mineral springs, many notable guests frequented the Sweetwater Park Hotel to bathe in the curative waters of Lithia Springs. The hotel burned to the ground in 1912 and the site is now marked by a ramshackle dwelling, a trailer, and a big old rock. However, the water company is still bottling (in high demand in California, so I heard) and the elderly resident is a fount of historical information, about the good old days when Charlie Chaplain, Mark Twain, and Presidents Roosevelt, Taft, and McKinley graced the Springs of Lithia. 7. 1.0 Kohl's (2 reviews)
    - Watch ou tfor Kayla
    Spent 1-2 hours Department Stores
I shopped at the Kohl's in Newnan several times in November 2020 and also the first week in December 2020. They have this creepy little girl who works there and follows me around like I am shoplifting even though I am an old lady with a cane. She tries to make me feel uncomfortable and will follow me around the entire store and will even wait for me at the front doors as I leave. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable this makes me feel. I pay for what I buy at Kohl's Kayla so you do not have to do things like this. You need to have respect for your elders. Please do not harass me anymore in this store. I am sending this email to corporate also. Kayla, you should not be working in a job that gives you contact with the public. STOP harassing Kohl's customers. See more..

    - Attempted physical therapy
    Spas
I booked an appointment for this place for physical therapy a week in advance with Latasha. You are automatically redirected to a 3rd party site called massage book, and have to set up an account. The appointment never took place. I live in Townsend, and work nearly 60 miles north in Savannah. In the last 4 years of seeking treatment for tarsal tunnel syndrome in both feet I have visited over a dozen therapy/treatment centers in Savannah, Richmond Hill and Pooler (close to my work) and have spent thousands of dollars on unsuccessful treatments. I thought I'd try the Hinesville area, about an hour out from my work and an hour north west of my home, and was basically stood up. The address if iffy at best, google had a hard time locating and sent me to a house. I called and got voicemail, then sent a text stating I was in the area trying to find the facility, and got a reply saying they tried contacting me to let me know they were still working and asked to postpone appt an hour.... (never received a call/text nor was I contacted by massage book)so after wasting an hour out of my way I drove another hour back home, disgusted. See more..

  12. 1.0 Salon Lofts (1 review)
    - Bad color job
    Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Spas
    Salon Lofts image
Wilecia LaRoy in Snellville, booth#1: she is capable of doing good work as you can clearly see from her web photos but on my hair she totally missed the mark and gave me a totally different color than what I asked for. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a pretty ginger color that she had done on a previous client, she took me in without doing a strand test first to see what it would take for my hair to look ginger, she then allegedly applied the same color as her previous client and I ended up with an ombre color: streaks of ginger on my bangs and dark auburn mid to my hair's ends.I initially was impressed with the over all look even though it wasn't what I originally wanted and said that I loved it. But when I was alone with my hair I realized it was nothing like the picture. My mom texted her asking her if there was any way to fix it but she dismissed that question entirely and just answered that she used the same formula as her previous client. We then went over in person, when we asked her again what can be done to fix the color she got defensive, dismissed us telling us her dye work was rightly done, that we should just accept the color results and refused to continue talking or working with us. I hope no one else goes thru this bad hair color experience with her as she will not take responsibility for her mistakes and fix it so there goes $300 that I paid her down the drain since we will now have to pay someone else to fix the color mess she left me with. Her general dismissive and defensive attitude put me on edge from the beginning and it wasn't worth dealing with as my results were below satisfactory. See more..

  14. 1.0 Romp 'N' Roll Skating Rink (1 review)
    - Disinfect the skates
Spent 1-2 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
They did not disinfect the skates I was given so bring your own Lysol. It was $10 per kid for admission and skates the day we were there. For a Friday night, this location is simply a place to drop middle schoolers off until 11pm. The dj needed to stop the music and turn up the lights constantly to repeat the rules. So I guess no one was really following or enforcing rules. In order to use your credit card you must spend a minimum for $5. Most items on the menu were priced from $1 to $2. There is not a game/arcade area. There is a small birthday section and play area for younger kids. I did see security when I was leaving. See more..
  15. 1.0 Serenity Balance Day Spa (1 review)
    - Stay Away from this "soft" hands
    Spas
There's nothing like a good massage. For you or a loved one, this should a great and relaxing experience. If you happen to be around Peachtree City, go anywhere else but here. What a disappointment! It could have been language barriers but the therapist didn't comply with any request no matter how the request was articulated. "Softer, no head massage, not there.." In the end, it was about going with the flow to be nice. When asked for the manager, he/she was nowhere to be found. To top it off, the minimum tip is $10.00 regardless of the services provided. I have been in many spas around the area. This one is the one I will never go back and much less recommend. See more..

  18. 1.0 Lifefire Pottery (1 review)
    - Do Not Bother
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks
This is billed as an attraction, but it is not. It is a house where you can take pottery lessons and it is difficult to find--no signs, just house numbers. I do not know how it came to be listed as an attraction, but that is how I found it in the first place. See more..
