Our visit to Plains Georgia was a second thought, not giving us much time. This shop was a delightful collection of all sorts of stuff. The historic inn was so fun to explore with each room representing a different era, stepping back in time. Presidential influence thru out the store and town. Loved that place. See more..
I wouldn't really call this an antique shop. It's more like an indoor garage sale. But it's huge & clean with tons of stuff of all varieties. Staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in. My young adult children enjoyed puttering around. Prices seemed a bit high. They bought a pair of pj pants, an apron and 2 pairs of socks...for about $80!! Great way to spend time on a rainy day.See more..

This one is ultimate . This place is open only once a month , and we were fortunate enough to visit the august market .. amazingggggf it was . There were so many vendors . So many different things on sale . U name it - brass items , antique items, paintings, home decors, furnitures , rugs, - you get everything here . Some things are expensive .. and some are affordable and cheap. We bought so many things for our home . We really loved it overall. 3$ per person entry .. not bad at all. Parking is a problem, but we got a space after 10-15 mins of drive . Take cash , as most of the vendors don’t accept card. Thumbs up overall…See more..

4.5Hiawassee Antique Mall(14 reviews) - A Treat For Us on Our Last Day in Northern GA. Antique Shops
'Having read reviews on the "Mall" prior to making up our Fall Mountain agenda, we had marked the Mall as a definite stop, when staying over in Hiawassee. We were pleasantly both surprised and impressed on not only the size of the Mall, but MOL the quality of the antiques etc... and "welcomeness" of both Vendors and Employees, while in the building. All were exceedingly genuinely Friendly, even offering their advice on the Best Restaurants in the area... If you're really serious about antiquing you could easily spend four or five hours in here... We were there approx. 2+ hrs, spending several hundred dollars agreeing as we left, "We'd certainly be back next year, when visiting the mountains." The Management and Vendors do an excellent job with keeping the Mall an itinerary for locals and visitors alike!See more..

We saw this space in Ringgold and just fell in love with it. The Callaway Feed & Seed Company has been in business since 1930. The Cotton Gin was running continuously, the feed store had farmers coming in and out all day, the Callaway Brothers had a wonderful business. Now, long after the business is closed, the Cotton Gin is still there, the building where the feed store resided is now empty and waited until we discovered it. We have filled our unique space with a wide variety styles. Each vendor is chosen based on their fit within our vision of supplying a wide variety of amazing, unique items. This antique mall offered a little bit of everything as well as some unique items. Most of the booths were well organized but they did have some cluttered booths that we just passed by. It isn't worth taking the chance of tripping or knocking over something trying to reach for an item you want to look at. They had a lot of small collectibles which is what we look for when we are traveling (larger items won't fit in our already fully packed car). My favorite area was the local artists section. I found a pig jug (I collect pigs) that I just loved. I always select a price in my head I'm willing to pay for something before I even see what the price is. My price was only $25 less than their $250+ price tag on the pig jug and they would not come down on the price at all. I hated to walk away from it but I did (I have to stick to my system). I did find a few small items that I didn't even know I needed so it wasn't a complete loss.See more..

Just about to give up on antiquing in Newnan, when we found this store on the outside of downtown. Well organized, well stocked, some beautiful furniture. Quite a number of wardrobes (clothing cabinets) from children's to adult size..this is what folks stored clothing in prior to closets. Yes folks, old homes didn't have clothing closets, much less walk-in closets. Owner was welcoming, helpful, and willing to haggle. Don't miss this shop. I bought t a 1950's Marx electric train, my wife got antique Christmas ornaments. Parking is good, but busy road..caution pulling out is advised. See more..
5.0Cotton Mill Exchange(3 reviews) - Retail therapy - A MUST! Speciality & Gift Shops • Antique Shops
Wow! What a surprise. The place inside is filled with cute shops with lots of goodies. Each booth is decorated so precious and the place was buzzing. There is plenty of space to rent if you are interested. The building is super cool and you can feel the history. Love the sculpture out front, very touching. It’s neat to be next to a brewery. Plan to stay awhile because there is so much to see. The outside needs some work but they were working hard on planting and all. Would be nice to pave the road but otherwise, super proud of Canton for pushing the limits and expanding our great small community. Here’s to Small business and much success! The Lavonia Antique Market offers over 15,000 square feet of a little bit of everything you could be looking for. They offered lots of small collectibles. If you are traveling by car you will appreciate this because it's easy to find room for whatever you buy. The aisles were wide and clear and the booths were very well organized (with the exception of several that were cluttered and we didn't bother to go into those). The friendly people working there make you feel welcomed. My husband found another vintage putter to add to his collection (not that I think he needs more). If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop even if it's just to stretch your legs. You might just find something you didn't even know you needed.See more..
