4.0The Fort Gordon Dinner Theater(12 reviews) - Dinner and a Play, the perfect evening Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Theaters • Dinner Theaters
What an enjoyable Friday evening. The dinner started at 7pm. It was served buffet style so the line got rather long but there was plenty of food. The food was catered and was the best I've had at a dinner show. There is also a cash bar open there. The show started at 8pm. The cast is made up of personnel and family members from Fort Gordon and they put on a fine performance. The scenery was simple but well built. I was seated rather far back but still had a good view of the stage. I was seated with 2 couples. The cost for me was $40 but the cost is variable. They put on about 5 shows a year. Reservation are required and since 9/11 getting on the post is a small hassle, but doable. I would definitely return again.See more..
My sister and I bought our tickets using Groupon. After we got our vouchers I decided maybe I ought to see what kind of Murder Mystery Dinner this was.It read like a dinner mystery I went to in Ohio that was god awful. This one in Tucker Georgia at the Greater Good BBQ was great. They had scripts for all the suspects, so they didn't have to make anything up. The suspects were members of the audience. But they had real actors playing the main characters who made sure all the clues were presented so you could figure who the murderer was. My sister and I plus the couple sitting at our table got the murderer figured out pretty easily and we all had a great time.See more..
