Cool place especially if you’re looking for fresh peaches. Small store on the farm, not touristy, with great prices for peaches. We liked this place better than the larger farm down the road and its a lot cheaper. You can watch the employees washing and packing the peaches as they roll along the conveyor belt. See more..

Loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the farm and their produce. We picked strawberries and blueberries and were told that peaches and blackberries will be in soon so we will definitely be going back. The youpick prices are lower than anywhere else we've ever been. They have the best strawberry ice cream we've ever tried, an awesome country store that is more like a boutique with shirts, jewelry, gifts, toys, and anything you can imagine. They have an awesome playground for kids and it's free for customers. Another super important aspect for us...clean restrooms! We are so glad we found this place. It is in the middle of nowhere but it's definitely worth the drive! See more..

  13. 5.0 Wisham Jellies (5 reviews)
    - Don't miss this gem of jellies!!
    Farmers Markets
    Wisham Jellies image
I'm so thankful for such a great little place to be here in Tifton. I've sampled many of his products and haven't been disappointed in any of them. The pepper jellies are amazing for grilling meat and sandwiches, but the possibilities of the uses are limitless. The sauces and rubs are out of this world. The soy sauce is one of my faves!!! Eric is super helpful with recipe ideas as well as gift baskets. Don't miss out on the blueberry and cranberry jellies. Perfect combo of sweet with a little kick. Those are my top two favorites. Join us each Friday from May 26 through September 29 at Gainesville's traditional farmers market on the Historic Downtown Square for local fresh-picked produce, honey, farm-fresh eggs, pasture-raised pork and beef, jams and jellies, baked goods, cut flowers, hand-made crafts, food items, and live music. All vendors are hand-picked and invited to participate by the market manager. This is not an open market. It's recommended that folks wanting to become vendors visit the Market first to see what types of vendors are already part of the Market and who our customers are to make sure that what you are offering is unique and that people will be interested. We have limited space and a limited customer-base and, therefore, do not have multiple vendors selling the same items. Local musicians start playing at 3:00 each week All major credit cards accepted See more..
  18. 4.5 City Farmers Market (3 reviews)
    - Anything And Everything You May Want!
    Thursday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM Spent < 1 hour Farmers Markets
    City Farmers Market image
After finding this on TripAdvisor, and seeing it labeled as an attraction, I wondered why it had that title. After going inside, seeing all that it had to offer, I agree with this title. City Farmers Market has so much to offer from veggies, meats, and international products down to the eating utensils used in different ethnic groups. One thing that is quite hard to find in our society, around the country, is fresh coconut. They have it. Then in Jamaica, we have a fruit called Ginep, they have it! On one side you have all the products from the vegetable world. In the back you have meats, dry products in the center, and then on the side, you have lots of pans and utensils. On top of the idea of groceries, you have a restaurant that is attached that serves lots of menu items. I have attached pictures to make this review and page so much better and more revealing of the options here. See more..

  24. 2.5 Corner Market (2 reviews)
    - Good selection of produce, preserves, and yard art
    Farmers Markets
    Corner Market image
As we drove by the Corner Market, I just couldn't resist the bright signs and ecclectic yard art that beckoned us to stop and have a look around. Inside we found tables of fresh produce at grocery store prices. There were also shelves of jams, pickles, and other preserves. I was delighted to find a jar is sorghum molasses, with a label from a farm in North Carolina. It had a layer of dust on the lid, but I bought it anyway, and it was delicious in my spice cookies. I wonder how "local" some of the produce is, given that it had upc stickers, but it still seemed fresh and nice. If you are touring through the area, this is a fun stop. See more..

    Amicalola Regional Farmers Market image
We enjoyed browsing around the Farmers Market in downtown Dawsonville last weekend. There were local farmers with great fresh produce, including big beautiful tomatoes, honey, onions, beans, squash, sunflowers, lamb meat, and more. There were also vendors with homemade soaps, lotions, and garden art. We were lucky to visit on one of the Friday nights when the farmers market is combined with food trucks. The food was outstanding and the young kids enjoyed the bouncy castle. Check with the city of Dawsonville if you want the food truck schedule. Definitely visit the farmers market for great local produce. See more..

    - Good farmers market, fresh veggies

    Nam Dae Mun image
In Georgia for the day, I wasn't too sure what I was looking for when I googled an Asian market near my hotel. If you’re from the West Coast and know about H-mart or 99 ranch then I guess this was kind of the place I was looking for, Unfortunately, this was not the case. Side note - For those of you not familiar with 99 Ranch or H-mart, they are Asian chain grocery stores up and down the West Coast. Clearly, they sell Asian snacks, treats, veggies, meats but these stores in particular sell read to eat foods. After walking around a bit, I realized Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market does not sell ready to eat food. Ok, no big deal... and I have to say the prices are reasonable. We decided to grab a steak and veggies and cook it in our hotel (We brought a burner) ok kids don't try that at home or the hotel. LOL The customer service was good. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go to market. With further research this is a Korean Market and yes they do sell ready to eat foods in a food court (at their Duluth location) =) See more..

All of the farmers and their products at this market are truly local. On the Saturday morning I visited in June, there were about a dozen farmers with a wide variety of products, from summer squash and potatoes to bee balm plants to zucchini bread. The market is located in a nice shady park just one block west of the gold museum. There is also a nice pavilion building with restrooms in the park and an innovative children's playground.
