5.0Go West Tours(6.231 reviews) - Great job Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Walking Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours • Wine Tours & Tastings • Day Trips
Went to the Philip island tour on the 21st of Nov 2022. Our tour guide Graeme was the sweetest guide ever. Very detailed on the tour explanations. Also did make us have a good laugh with his koala song and what made me felt warm was that he would try his best to drop the female customers traveling alone to their nearest hotel location instead of the normal pick up point if it’s too far to ensure their safety. That’s a great plus point and we all loved his guide.See more..
We had a very positive experience with Cass, Alex and ??? (Sorry our third guides name eludes me) There was 12 riders in our group with variable ability. One guide took my 2 sons off on a different route at one stage as they didn’t want to canter. My boys loved their trot with the guide and the fact they went off track. The horses were lovely and responsive to our movements. My Jack was a beauty. Our guides were informative in their demonstration before setting out, helpful with hints about our mounts individual personality and background. I liked the variability of terrain we covered - through muddy waters, across rivers, up into the national park, across roads. It took us about 40minutes to get there from Bright. Boots (and hats) were supplied along with sunscreen and insect repellent if needed and we could put items in a saddlebag (no disposable bottles). I would go for a repeat ride if in the area again.See more..
5.0More Than A Tour Day Tours(182 reviews) - Add this to your bucket list City Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours
What a brilliant and magnificent part of the coast this is. I would definite recommend some time spent here exploring the various bays and stone giants. I was also happy to part company with my $$$ to take a helicopter flight to see the cliffs and apostles - simply breathtaking. See more..
Five star experience - Just finished a private 3 day, 2 night luxury Howqua River ride with a group of eight friends (all experienced riders). We travelled from Western Australia just to do this ride (all booked 12 months ago). The ride was led by Bec and Alice and we had an absolute blast. The scenery was jaw droppingly beautiful and the hospitality was outstanding. At the end of the ride we all wanted to turn around and do it all again. The horses were amazing and went over terrain that we wouldn't dream of riding our own horses. Accommodation at the River Lodge was just beautiful and we were very well catered by Jamie who prepared excellent meals for us. A shame that we were one of the last groups to be able to stay at the lodge - I hope that the replacement will be just as amazing. I can't recommend this experience more highly. Already planning a return trip - will probably do a longer ride next time. Outstanding !!See more..
5.0Walk 91(121 reviews) - A great experience on the Great Ocean Walk Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Walking Tours • Eco Tours • Hiking & Camping Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours
What a wonderful walk! A group of six of us just completed the Great Ocean Walk in five days with Walk91. The booking process was straightforward and the trip itself was fantastic. Walk91 booked us into the Cape Otway lighthouse for two nights and By Moonlight for two nights. Both were great - we especially enjoyed staying at the lighthouse. The service was friendly and efficient, with our bags and food delivered to the accommodation and our pick ups and drop offs organised without a hitch. Food was generous and delicious. Would definitely recommend Walk91 for the Great Ocean Walk.See more..
5.0Wildlife Wonders(96 reviews) - Wonderful tour Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Nature & Wildlife Areas • Nature & Wildlife Tours
I took my two children (8 and 10 years old) to Wildlife Wonders and we had a fantastic tour. We saw 3 koalas, 2 wallabies and had 2 emus “lead” our tour for about 5 minutes as they walked along the path ahead of us. What an incredible experience!! Our guide, Sarah, was extremely knowledgeable and lovely. We learnt a lot about the local wilderness and enjoyed every moment. The ticket price seemed a little expensive initially on booking but to give back toward the conservation efforts is worth every cent. Highly recommend to all!!See more..

Four of us hired bikes this week during our stay in Echuca. Our youngest rider was 17 and the our oldest rider was 72 and everyone enjoyed their ride! Echuca is a fabulous, flat, safe place to ride. The service provided by Green Pedal was outstanding! This is well worth doing!See more..
4.5Howling Husky Sled Dog Tours(60 reviews) - Howling Huskys - Polar Paws Express dog sled ride at Dinner Plain Nature & Wildlife Tours • Day Trips
Exciting and different experience with my grandchildren aged 7 & 4. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Dogs clearly very much loved and cared for. Our team included rescue dogs. Lots of info given during ride about the dogs, their names, commands used and how the team of 8 works together. The grandchildren loved the ride in the snow, the time meeting the dogs at the end of ride and now cannot be separated from their soft toy huskys purchased from the office. Thanks Howling Huskys.See more..

5.0Murray River Adventures(25 reviews) - Do this, you'll never forget the experience Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eco Tours • Fishing Charters & Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours • Kayaking & Canoeing
My wife and I paddled Yarran Creek to the Murray River during flooding with Greg as our guide. This is a once in a life-time experience, that you have to work at to time. But Greg and Shannon will work with you. We navigated our way through the flooded forest, sometimes through lime-green duckweed that swirled as we went through. The water is almost black with tannins, makings the reflections of the sky and trees incredible. And Greg is great. He's a wealth of knowledge of both flora and fauna, with over 20 years working in forestry. But if you're not interested in that, he's happy just paddling along at your rate. Plus he serves up a great feed! Can't recommend highly enough.See more..
4.5Budj Bim Tours(25 reviews) - Definitely worth doing this tour Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Walking Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours
We were travelling the Great Ocean Road and are interested in indigenous Australian culture and history, so found this tour. It's well worth it. Our guide Colleen and daughter Nicky gave us a lot of really good information about the lifestyle of the local indigenous people, harvesting eels and native plants etc. They also generously shared their families stories with us, and parts of their culture like totems, indigenous names of animals and areas, etc. This is the type of tour that Australians need, to learn more about Australian history, indigenous culture and also better understand the natural environment that Indigenous Australians understood and managed so effectively. After doing this tour then driving past endless dry, dusty sheep paddocks, it really highlighted to us how damaged and desolate the landscape has become through European farming practices the last 200+ years.See more..
5.0Naturaliste Tours(21 reviews) - Brilliant tour and taste of French Island Private Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours
Brilliant tour, guide and taste of the island. My partner and I did the explorer tour. Can’t say enough. Very easy to book online includes ferry ticket - great value! Lunch with a local was amazing with some local wine to try as well. Highly recommend. Only complaint was it wasn’t long enough! See more..
Despite some initial confusion in finding the yard empty and wondering if we'd come to the right place, we didn't have to wait long before we saw the horses being led in from the fields. We were lucky enough to be the only ones on the trail ride (my sister and I) so it was like a private ride! The horses were forward going and safe and while I wouldn't have classed it as a ride for experienced riders it was very enjoyable, with a friendly guide. I'll be back.See more..
4.5High Country Horses - Day Tours(18 reviews) - 2 day horse ride in the Snowy Mountains High Country Nature & Wildlife Tours
An amazing adventure with friends when we rode for 2 days out of Merrijig in May 2016. Chris and Fiona run a very professional company and their horses are excellent. Safety for both rider and horse is a prime concern. Although I had not ridden for many years, I never once felt scared or intimidated by this ride. We had lunch at Craig's Hut and camped overnight at Razorback Huts. The sheer beauty and silence of the high country we rode through was food for the soul, especially if you work in an office! Food supplied was excellent quality and lots of it. I cannot recommend this outfit highly enough - I have undertaken several safaris in overseas countries & this rates as one of the best experiences I have ever had. Don't think about it - just get some friends together and book this ride! I can't wait to go back and do it all again.See more..
If you are thinking about doing some fossicking for gold or investing in a metal detector, I would strongly recommend a day tour with Gold and Relics, currently based in the gorgeous town of Clunes. We enjoyed every minute of our time with Darren who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and full of common sense. His straight forward approach is great and he is eager for every participant to do well. He adds his stories to the mix of activities which includes using some of the best metal detectors available and learning about the basic geology and vegetation of the gold fields, what to look for and where to focus your time. We had a fantastic day and came home with some little bits of gold as well as a collection of old nails. Best of all, we both learned an awful lot in a short time because Darren is a natural when it comes showing novices the ropes and he left a lasting impression on both of us. Do it before you buy that detector.See more..

5.0Mallee Tours(11 reviews) - My Amazing Mallee Tour! Friday: Nature & Wildlife Tours • Day Trips
Ricky hosted a terrific Mallee 1/2 day tour for me. I was visiting the Mildura region on my own and was very comfortable with this personalized experience. I was amazed and then delighted to find out that I knew so little about our bush and the beautiful birds and the many pretty wildflowers. The 4 wheel driving experience also added to this great tour. The Pink Lakes and Hattah NP were fabulous. Ricky was a wealth of knowledge and when next I am in Mildura I would do the full day tour! Also morning tea was delicious with slices made by Annette.See more..
Highly recommended! There were six of us which was more than the normal private tour so Vinnie worked around this and drove us in our van, taking us to the main sites but also to places only the locals know. He told us the fascinating history and geology of the area, helping us see so much more than we otherwise would, and brought his binoculars along for us all to see the animals and views up close. He picked some local berries for us to try and lunch was on a private property surrounded by gum trees with lots of koalas. Vinnie also told us about the local animals, land management and industries. He showed us a tiger snake he caught recently and explained how to keep safe from snakes, and natural remedies. Vinnie kept four teenagers entertained and interested for the day. A very interesting, insightful and enjoyable day!See more..
Great little tour well worth taking time to do. The tour is at the golf course where there’s plenty of parking and clean facilities along with bar and restaurant Tour is in a large golf buggy with a very friendly and informative guide who gives great commentary and is happy to answer questions We saw loads of Roos and were surprised how close we got to them and even had a nice photo opportunity. The Roos are wild but are there by choice so there’s no evidence of any mistreatment of them Highly recommend tour See more..
We did the platypus tour on Lake Elizabeth in Feb 2021 and it was absolutely amazing. Bruce has an incredible eye for spotting these little creatures - all up, we managed to see about 6! The lake itself was just stunning - the reflections from the trees above were like glass - and the canoe ride was just so relaxing. We brought our kids (aged 7 and 9), which was a bit of a risk, but thankfully they were mostly well behaved and quiet! On our walk back in the dark, we got to see some glow worms and then as an added bonus, we saw a koala just as we were leaving! I would highly recommend this tour.See more..
Although accommodation at the Lodge was fully booked, we were able to return from Nhill to undertake the Nocturnal Tour. We joined a group of Chinese students and their guide, Emily, for a highly interesting and informative tour. To be able to sit and watch highly endangered bettongs (small kangaroo-like marsupials) and bandicoots feeding at your feet, to see a breeding pair of bush stone curlews (ground-dwellings birds) and watch tiny sugar gliders in a natural environment, was a privilege and a pleasure. Highly recommended.See more..

A surprise attraction that is a must do activity while at Mt Baw Baw. We were lucky enough to take two gorgeous Dingoes for a 50 min walk accompanied by a knowledgable guide who not only educated us about dingoes but also about the local flora/fauna. He showed us all the best vantage points, amazing views and was full of information. So very enjoyable, educational and unexpected.See more..
