We booked in for one day session followed by a night session on the following day. It was a good plan. We thought we witnessed the "match of the tournament" . Often great matches, and surprises, in the early days of the Open. See more..

Everyone associated with this ground should be proud of themselves, from the designers to the footballers to the fans to staff on attendance, everything just works a treat ! Entry is easy , food vans are plentiful, toilets are clean (and plentiful), beer is cold enjoyable ( and plentiful!!!! ). Very clean and enjoyable, every seat in the house is a good one, fans are always police. Easy exit from the grounds as well. 2 things you have to love is the fact you can park quite easily within 5 minutes and the atmosphere of kids and adults kicking a footy on the outside ground on the way in. - A Terrific Weekend
Arenas & Stadiums • Horse Tracks
We camped out at the racecourse for a couple of days and enjoyed our time immensely. We went to the Calcutta the night before and enjoyed a table at the function centre for the races. The day itself was great and there was a wonderful 'feeling' throughout the day. Kate did a great job organizing the weekend. If you get the chance to camp out take it as it is a relaxed way to enjoy the weekend. See more..
