    Had the most wonderful time abseiling at Mt Buffalo with Adventure Guides Australia. The staff are there with you through the whole experience. I will definitely do it again.     ABOUT US Australian Sleddog Tours started operating in 2005 and is owned and operated by Brett Hadden & Neisha Gschwend. ​ It all started whilst out training for the Altitude 5000 Race, we were approached by an elderly Canadian lady, she asked could you possibly take my grandson for a short ride in your sled? I see Sleddogs all the time in Canada but my grandson lives in Australia, it's not something you see here everyday, I really want him to experience what I take for granted at home in Canada. So off they went and on return they were giggling and had smiles from ear to ear. ​ The Canadian lady thanked us all including the Huskies but before leaving she turned looked at us both and said " You should do Sleddog Tours " ​ So began our journey, we had 5 Huskies back then, more Huskies were needed so we started rescuing Huskies to join the team. There is nothing more rewarding than giving them a second chance in life and seeing them do what they love to do. See more..

    My favourite part of the bike ride was the anticipation of arriving at a different town after each day of riding. I enjoyed reading about the history at each destination, including browsing the shops, excited for our arranged nightly accommodation & sitting at a bakery, cafe and watching the day go by. I really enjoyed the journey along the rail trail and the surprises along the way, i.e. apple tree, butterflies, yea tunnel, grasshoppers, drinking station & Echidna. See more..
