My favourite part of the bike ride was the anticipation of arriving at a different town after each day of riding. I enjoyed reading about the history at each destination, including browsing the shops, excited for our arranged nightly accommodation & sitting at a bakery, cafe and watching the day go by. Friday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent More than 3 hours Taxis & Shuttles Fran Mitchell picked us up from our hotel in Queenscliff in a beautiful black Mercedes for a day of touring the Bellarine wineries and attractions. We started at the Whiskery where they make Whisky and Gin. The gin was amazing as was the surroundings. Off to lunch at Jack Rabbit in the best seats in the house overlooking the amazing view. Great food and wine. We then toured the coastline for an hour or so, went to an olive grove and finally to Basil Farm for light refreshments. Fran was so amazing with her local knowledge and she new exactly when to be with us (a group of 4) to impart her knowledge and when to leave us to appreciate the surroundings of the wineries and enjoy each others company. She is a very classy lady and made us feel so welcome. We all really appreciated her banter, her beautiful vehicle and the whole day was a complete delight. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to do a winery tour or just a tour of the Bellarine region. We highly recommend her tours.See more..
