If I could give them 10 stars I would and here's why: * Outstanding customer service! My mom (who's 80) is mobility limited. I was concerned about booking the Manatee snorkel adventure for myself, with her as a ride along, because of her ability to access the pontoon. We went the day before the snorkel and chatted with Bruno at the front desk. He mad sure we received all the answers to our questions plus reassurance they would make it work for her. Not only did they fulfill their word, they went above and beyond on the care they provided for her * The snorkel itself was beyond any expectation I had! Shanna was my snorkel instructor as well as photographer who made sure that my experience was one I would always remember. We spent over an hour with a mom manatee and her young pup with Shanna gently guiding me into the best position to stay connected with them both. The photos she took are wall hanging worthy! * Matt was our captain and he made sure that my mom was receiving attention while I was in the water. He shared stories, information and education on the area and the manatees. When I finished my snorkel, we still had a few minutes left so he took us on a quick tour of the area, pointing out areas of interest to keep my mom engaged. We booked a manatee snorkeling tour for three people with fun 2 dive as they offer tours for small groups. This was perfect for us as our party included a 4 year old. We ended up with just the three of us. A private tour for the regular price. Lucky us. Captain Dylan and guide Gaby quickly found the manatees, made great pictures and made sure our son could safely join the water as well. I recommend that you take the EARLY trip, you will be on the water before the sun rises and anchoring as the sun is coming up. The manatees are more active and will likely come right up to you if you remain quiet and still. The captains and in-water guides are VERY professional and really took care of our kids. I had a few hours between business trip meetings and decided to stop for a visit. It is small (doable in a few hours, but very nice grounds and friendly and helpful staff). Everyone their had a nice smile and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The mermaid show was packed (they let the line seat about 20 minutes before the show, so get in line about 30 minutes prior to show). You cannot use flash in the theater, and my camera phone did not end up with great picture. Seating in the middle is best for viewing. Took the boat ride (about 20 minutes) and that was enjoyable as the guide explained about some eagles nests, fish and turtles we saw along the springs. Lots of peacocks strutting around. There is plenty of free parking. At $13 it is worth it considering the prices of the Orlando theme parks.See more..
Besides the weather been a little cold and my teen age getting seasick we had a blast. We were on the 5 hour trip.The whole crew were spot on we the captain putting us on the fish and John boy showing us how to hook our shrimp and grabbing the fish of the hook. We travel in a large RV and had a cruise reservation for 9:00 AM on a Saturday. On Friday we received an email from River Safaris that there was going to be a very large artisan fair on Saturday and the roads will be jammed with both car and foot traffic and navigating the narrow roads with our RV may be vert difficult. We informed them that we were running ahead of schedule so they made arrangements for us to have a private cruise on Friday afternoon allowing us to be out of the area prior to the start of the fair. Our guide "Irish Dave" was fantastic. He carefully brought us into the middle of 20+/- dolphins swimming and jumping all around the boat. what a blast!!! The adventure started out with a thrilling ride across the lake in the airboat before slipping into a swamp via a hidden river. Captain Steve weaved our boat through ancient trees waving strands of Spanish moss. You feel like you’ve gone through a time warp and entered a new world - deep in the bayou. As we made our way down the river, on our way to see one of the many natural springs, Captain Steve pointed out all the wildlife and told stories of the trees and foliage. We saw a lot of alligators throughout the trip and Captain Steve swung the boat around to be sure that everyone got to see each one. Every guest is invited to hold a live alligator, with plenty of time for photos. As an added bonus, we even got to see a bald eagle! Captain Steve was awesome. He was funny, interactive, and very knowledgeable. We went on the 4 hour sunset charter with Captain Aaron and his wife, which included stopping for dinner at the Marina Jack restaurant. Our group of 5 had an amazing time aboard the One Love! We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and beautiful birds, watched the sun set, ate a delicious meal, and then Captain Aaron navigated us home under the stars. It was so cool to be one of the few boats out on the water at night. Captain Aaron and his wife provided great company, as well as good music and conversation-- they shared many fun facts about the area and pointed out celebrity homes along the way. We would definitely recommend this private charter experience as opposed to the bigger cruise boats that we saw out on the water. Oh, and it was great that the dinner reservation was taken care of by Captain Aaron, so that was one less decision to make/thing for us to do. Great time!See more..

Sunset Cruise Palm beach was not what I expected because it was not a catamaran with a sail. Did not have a sail at all. But we loved it. The captain did an awesome and funny job narrating an hour tour of the harbor history, exotic homes, yachts, etc. We watched the sunset with music, fruit, snacks and beverages all included. Even saw a rainbow. We appreciated having plenty of shade after being out in the sun all day. But if you want full sun it was available. I recommend it.See more..

Incredible! Don't hesitate to book, phenomenal in every way! The crew was fantastic, wish they were available to come babysit after the boat ride! We were a bit concerned our kids would lose interest at some point (because kids these days typically want their device after 20 minutes) but they never did. The crew was engaging and kept all of the kids entertained and laughing the WHOLE time. The main "pirate" was kind enough to include (but not be too pushy, you know the type...they only make things worse) the two younger girls that were too shy to participate at first. By halfway through they were up having a blast! My 6yr old's face was priceless. To say he loved it would be an understatement. It's perfectly timed, not too short, not too long. My mom and I drove from Universal in Orlando just for this private boat tour and to visit Indian Rocks Beach on 9/20/22 to celebrate my 40th birthday. This was AMAZING!!! Greg was very knowledgeable and had an upbeat and fun personality. He made us instantly feel welcome and it was a unique experience you would not get on a dolphin excursion with a group of 50. We had the option to do that and I am so glad I paid more for this personalized experience We saw dolphins within 10-15 minutes and Greg easily manuevered the boat around so we could get the best views. We also had a great time exploring the sandbar. Did you know sea urchins wear other shells on their heads as hats? Seriously worth the extra money and I can not say enough nice things about Greg. We camped on Cayo Costa so we rode the ferry twice. Each time the captain and first mate were friendly, helpful and made the trip truly enjoyable. We had two kayaks and they didn't complain at all about loading them on the boat. We were told by the person who took our reservation over the phone that they couldn't guarantee the kayaks if the boat was full and that they no longer could put the kayaks on the roof.But when we got there the boat wasn't that crowded but they still loaded the kayaks on the roof. THANK YOU!!! On the way off the island, the boat was less crowded and they put the kayaks right on the boat. They were very attentive to some small inquisitive children, all while telling people about the islands and making sure we saw dolphins. Tips are appreciated but not required. We did the 3 hour Manatee tour with Captain Ron and it was amazing! We got to swim with and pet lots of manatees. We were in the perfect spot...they just kept coming. We even saw some dolphins and monkeys right when we got on the boat. Captain Ron did a great job instructing us on where and how to swim up to the manatees so we wouldn't scare them away. The tips were great and listening sure paid off! This was an experience of a lifetime! Highly recommend it. And Captain Wyn was so patient with answering all of my questions when booking. He even talked us out of spending the extra money on a stand-up paddleboard, knowing we wouldn't have enough time to use it. Thanks for saving us the extra $50! This was my third time on Wild Bill's Airboat Ride, but the first time for my girlfriend visiting from State College, PA. She was very apprehensive about riding on an airboat. She was afraid an alligator would jump in the airboat; the airboat would flip, or she would fall in the water. She admitted she watched too many TV shows about airboats. Captain Steve was wonderful. He handled all the passengers with respect and alleviated my friend's fear of being on an airboat. One of the favorite parts of the ride was Captain Steve guiding the airboat sideways while moving the airboat forward at the same time. Captain Steve was knowledgeable about the wildlife, the surrounding area and the river. This is a must-do experience when visiting Inverness.See more..
We had our family visiting and wanted a fun and different experience for them. We found Suncoast online and booked a 2 hour Dolphin Tour thinking that would be all the kid (ages 12 & 8) could handle. It turns out we could have stayed out all day. So we booked this rour last minute since another tour we were on was canceled because of the weather. It was an amazing 2 hours. Jenine was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the mansion on Jupiter island. Captain Colin kept us on track and it wasn't a bumpy ride even though it was super windy. We definitely learned a lot and will be doing this again next time we're in town. If you're not a wind person I recommend sitting under the captains perch because it's mostly closed in. You can walk to the front of the boat and stand for the tour if you would like and still hear the tour guide. If that's not your thing there are plenty of seats. They provide drinks, no alcohol, and snack so that was nice to hand. I highly recommend the 4pm Jupiter Island tour.See more..

We arranged transportation with Donna which is great if you don’t have a car or want to worry about driving. But I think the best part was captain Matt! He was very friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Water, ice, and light snacks were provided. He took us on a scenic route, pointing out different homes and wildlife along the way. We ended up seeing quite a few dolphins! Then we stopped at a sandbar where we were able to get out and swim. He also took us to a bar & grill on the water for a quick drink before heading back. I would recommend this eco tour on the Homosassa River or any of their tours offered. We had the boat to ourselves and Rick was our captain. He was very knowledgeable, polite and responsive to our requests during the tour. We had visitors from the north and they thoroughly enjoyed it; including a 15-year-old teenager! Luckily, the weather was perfect for a late December day and we learned a lot about the river, it's history and the Homosassa area. We were also given discount tickets to the Homosassa Wildlife Refuge Center (state park) which we visited afterwards and enjoyed very much. I would also like to comment on the office personnel. I had to add another person after having booked 4 of us originally and was able to add one more person without a hitch. The woman I spoke with was polite, professional and easy to deal with. Our guide Vinney was great. Lots of useful information about local wildlife and conservation. We didn't see any manatees on our tour, but that the nature of animal behavior. The staff (Taylor) on the phone was very patient and professional to deal with. THE CATCH: The clear plastic paddle boards and kayaks this company uses are awful. I have a lot of experience paddle boarding and these boards are very hard to paddle, a lot of paddling for little movement due to excess drag, I was worn out at the end of the 6 mile paddle for this reason alone and the kayaks were uncomfortable due to design. I would highly recommend going with a company who have regular inflatable paddle boards or regular sea kayaks as this prevented a lot of enjoyment of an otherwise great tour. When you reinvest in more boats, please get regular boards and kayaks!!! This is the only reason I gave a five star review, so you get more points/money for new and better boats.See more..

Capt Josh and his lovely wife Brittany who handles most of communication, so Capt josh can do his thang, are awesome. And that’s before we got on the water. We had a 7:15 launch and on time off we went. He made us feel very comfortable from the start and communication through the headsets was nice. Pointing out several native beautiful birds, over 13 crocs/ gators, a beautiful bald eagle in flight then pirched for us to see its Glory. The details he points out to make the experience even better so your not darting your eyes all over the place is great, we were able to find everything he was pointing out by his expertise. The boat ride itself is very smooth and actually relaxing. I do recommend the earlier the better as it’s like going across glass literally and the wildlife was beautiful on a dew topped swamp / lake. We took the 10am boat tour today and it was enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The crew is very attentive and goes above and beyond to narrate the tour and point out all wildlife, not just dolphins. We were lucky to see a mama dolphin and her baby, as well as a quick look at one near the inlet. Some of the people's comments on here are ridiculous. It's nature, not an amusement park. They can't control where the dolphins go. A little over $20 for a nice boat ride is very fair, and if you get to see the dolphins consider it an extra bonus.See more..

We had an amazing sunset tour with Marshall and a comfortable overnight RV stay at his place in the middle of March! The tour exceed all of our expectations and everyone in our party (2 folks in their 70s and three in their 40s and 50s) are telling everyone we meet that it's a must-do adventure when you're in south Florida. Marshall is a walking encyclopedia on all things Everglades: his explanations about the flora, fauna, geography, topology, culture, and history of the place was fascinating and added much to our experience. My family and I went on the echo dolphin tour then the next morning we went on the back Waters fishing charter. Captain Doc and Gina were the best, they were outstanding. We saw a lot of dolphins and different wildlife during the dolphin tour and caught a bunch of fish during the fishing charter. I highly recommend to anyone looking into the dolphin tour or charter. Gina is amazing and so much fun. The price for both the dolphin tour and fishing charter are well worth the money. What an amazing experience from the attentive staff to the large roomy catamaran too the amazing steering around 2 storms by Captain Mike. This was the best local cruise I have been on in a very very long time. The captain steered away from not one storm but two and kept us dry through the whole event. The music was great and the staff was very attentive throughout the whole event we even got to see two different sets of dolphins I would highly recommend this to anybody that was choosing to go out to sea day or during the sunset. They also provided wine beer soda water and assorted fruit and vegetable trays it was a perfect snack on the ship while sailing. I also thought it was awesome that they allowed you to bring your own coolers with a few limitations.See more..
We took two trips in 1 week with different family members and I have to say that I highly recommend taking the 90 min trip because you get so much more for your money.. We went on the afternoon nature tour. The guide Melissa was very knowledgeable on everything from the trees, the plants,the fish etc. The tour lasted for 2 hours. $25 a person which we booked online and put a 15% gratuity on there also.See more..
We had the best airboat tour yesterday! We booked it together with our private manitee tour on the river, and received a 10% discount by booking 2 tours. We already raved about the manitee tour and will do the same for the airboat tour. We were so lucky to have Irish Dan as our airboat captain and tour guide! He is just so darn funny and so friendly! He has the sharpest eye! He spots every little thing and will cut the engine back to point things out and explain things you are seeing. We were so lucky because he spotted a dolphin and took us close enough to have a look. The dolphin was frolicking around and would swim by us! If we come back to Florida, we will take these tours again and will definitely be requesting Irish Dan for our airboat tour! We highly recommend this tour. We were a group of 6, various ages and personalities and often struggle to find common things to do. Captain John is full of energy and information! His boat was lovely and his dog, Zoey, joined us for our excursion on the water. I took my parents out for a 3 hour sunset cruise on The Manta and we had such a fantastic evening. Captain John’s communication during the the entire process was excellent. We spoke over the phone during the booking, he sent friendly reminder texts with clear instructions before the cruise, and even sent both me and my mother photos and videos of our cruise the day after. I have gone on two Everglades airboat rides with Captain Wayne, and I highly recommend him! Captain Wayne loves his job, and it shows. He is excited about introducing visitors to the Everglades, he is very knowledgeable, and he is skilled at sharing that knowledge. He knows where to go to show the variety of birds, alligators, and plants. For example, on my most recent trip we saw a huge flock of white pelicans, which I had never seen before. It was amazing. Also I like the personalized in-depth approach, and the two-hour tours provide an ideal amount of time to see the variety within the Everglades. Yes, Captain Wayne's tours are more expensive than some other airboat tours, but I think it's well worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our airboat tours with Captain Wayne very much! See more..
This was our third trip with Capt. Kathe and I think it was our best. We loved having her dog sailor with us. He helped us find a group of manatees and we were able to watch then for a good bit of time. We actually saw one munching on a bush on the edge of the water! Then it was dolphin time! We saw a group of 7 or 8 of them swimming together and chasing the wake of a nearby boat. Then Capt. Kathe started to drive faster in our boat and two dolphin played in the wake...it was so fun to watch these amazing creatures leap in what looked like joy to me! A magical experience. We took two separate tours on different days. The airboat tour was with Capt Gavin and he showed us a great time for an hour and a half. The airboat was fun and fast and the scenery is beautiful. The best tour by far though was the semi private manatee swim with Capt Mike and tour guide Paige. We booked a 7am tour which seemed VERY early since we drove up from Tampa but it’s the best bet to see the manatees. After a brief safety video everyone got into wetsuits and headed to the boat. By 8am we were in the water and swimming with manatees. This tour was 4 hours and was worth every penny. We had snacks and drinks provided and a restroom on board if needed. This was a great tour for the whole family, even though I do think older kids/teens would probably enjoy it more than young children. Highly recommend!!See more..
They were so incredibly kind to our small party (even after we bungled the arrival time/location) and they were able to quickly deliver us to a mother and baby manatee. Their advice on how to approach, how to pet, and generally how to interact with the manatees ensured we were gentle and the animals were not afraid of us but approached us and allowed us to pet and scratch them.
