Our annual must-do!
Kokomo Charters is the absolute best! Captain John is a rockstar… so personable & he does everything he can to ensure that his clients are comfortable and satisfied. The boat is phenomenal as well. It truly is luxurious and is very well maintained. We went to a sandbar in Longboat key and it was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to hook up our playlist via Bluetooth and enjoy our ride there in total style with quite a few drinks and a total karaoke session :) We rented both boats for a half day charter. Captain Aaron was the captain for the other boat that the other half of our party was on. He is an awesome guy and is new to Kokomo Charters! When we arrived to the sand bar Captain Aaron blew up a raft and we were able to setup our lunch buffet we brought with us (popcorn chicken, Publix wraps, and chips). This was super convenient! Captain Aaron went above and beyond. He retrieved more drinks for us from the coolers on board the boat, sunscreen, etc. Aaron was super personable as well. Captain John conversed with all of us and hung out with us as the sandbar, as this was our second time chartering with Kokomo and he remembered us all by name. He is a big reason why we chose to charter the boats again. Awesome guy! We will definitely continue to charter the boats annually when we make our week long family adventure to Siesta Key. It really is a wonderful experience and I could not speak more highly of Kokomo, Captain John, Captain Aaron, and John’s wife, Ali, who so graciously provided us with a ton of pictures that Captain John took for us on his drone. I forgot to mention that previously, but Captain John will fly his drone over the sandbar and get some pretty amazing photos of you and your guests. Really awesome!! I highly recommend chartering with Kokomo, it’s TOTALLY worth the money. In fact, we have talked about doing a full day charter next year because a half day just doesn’t cut it. Trust me, you will not want to leave! Definitely the highlight of our vacation each year.

Awesome boat tour!
This charter Boat tour was wonderful. We had 4 adults and 1 child on board and wanted to have a nice tour of the coast and hopefully see some dolphins and/ or manatees. There is obviously no guarantee since they are wild animals but we were hopeful. We originally signed up for an afternoon tour and talked to them about the fact that I have a old neck injury and wanted to be sure I'd be OK. They said there's a lot of boats in the afternoon and said they didn't want me going then since the other boat wakes would be terrible for me and changed us to the morning tour which has less boat traffic to keep me safe. That was great knowing they cared about my safety. Our tour guide, Captain Aaron, was very kind and informative. He pointed out landmarks, celebrity homes, information about the wildlife including birds and was very knowledgeable. We were all having a great time. On the way back we spotted 2 dolphins for just a moment on the other side so we couldn't get close but it was still cool to see. Then suddenly the Captain spotted a dolphin and took us to that area and made wakes for him to follow and sure enough he did! He followed us for a long time jumping out of the water and having fun. It was awesome! But even if we weren't able to see that it still would've been worth it as we really enjoyed it all.
