    Kokomo Charters image
We went on the 4 hour sunset charter with Captain Aaron and his wife, which included stopping for dinner at the Marina Jack restaurant. Our group of 5 had an amazing time aboard the One Love! We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and beautiful birds, watched the sun set, ate a delicious meal, and then Captain Aaron navigated us home under the stars. It was so cool to be one of the few boats out on the water at night. Captain Aaron and his wife provided great company, as well as good music and conversation-- they shared many fun facts about the area and pointed out celebrity homes along the way. We would definitely recommend this private charter experience as opposed to the bigger cruise boats that we saw out on the water. Oh, and it was great that the dinner reservation was taken care of by Captain Aaron, so that was one less decision to make/thing for us to do. Great time! See more..

    Siesta Key Fishing Charters image
Captain Mark is an excellent guide and fisherman! On our trip out today, we went out to a remote area and caught fish after fish. He was not only able to keep bait on our hooks but was able to tell us the fish types and point out other wildlife. Mostly, we were grateful today for his kindness and care of my Dad & Mom. He was great with them & we all had a great time! Highly recommend See more..

A group of 5 of us booked a 4 hour charter for a 30th birthday celebration. Our entire experience was wonderful! We arranged transportation with Donna which is great if you don’t have a car or want to worry about driving. But I think the best part was captain Matt! He was very friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Water, ice, and light snacks were provided. He took us on a scenic route, pointing out different homes and wildlife along the way. We ended up seeing quite a few dolphins! Then we stopped at a sandbar where we were able to get out and swim. He also took us to a bar & grill on the water for a quick drink before heading back. Matt played great music for us and hyped us up the whole time! He took all kinds of group photos for us which turned out great. We spent 4 days in Siesta Key and this was our favorite part about the trip! See more..

    - One of the top beaches on the Florida Gulf Coast
    Beaches • Parks
    Siesta Beach image
As the name suggests, Siesta Beach is a great spot for a lazy and relaxing day in the sun. Lay on its cool, white, and powdery sand, or take a dip in the crystal clear waters. The kids will love collecting the beautifully shaped shells, too. And don't about the kids—there are lifeguards on duty. While there aren't many beachside food options, you can head to the nearby cafes and oyster bars. Get a beachfront condo to make the most of your stay, or visit for the awesome sunset views on an e-bike tour of Siesta Key. There's even a Siesta Beach drum circle on some days. – Tripadvisor See more..
  16. 4.5 Crescent Beach (1.006 reviews)

    Beaches
    Crescent Beach image
I actually stumbled onto Cresent Beach by accident as I was guided by my iphone map. I walked through a beachfront property not knowing it was for the properties guests only. A guest informed me about it and I thanked her for the information. As I was about to walk away to head to Siesta Beach via the street, she unlocked the gate entrance to the private beach. How lucky was I. Cresent Beach was isolated and beautiful. I walked to Siesta Beach picking up shells then jogged to Sarasota Beach and back to Siesta Beach... to the exit and back to my resort. Absolutely beautiful experience! See more..

Great company, super friendly and accommodating. They delivered two bikes and a a golf cart to us on Lido Key since there are no rental companies on Lido (no delivery fee). We had great fun riding the cart around town and back and forth to the beach and shopping and restaurants. The bikes were the right size and had gears as requested. We took a few bike trips up to Longboat Key, what a great way to really get in there and tour! We will definitely use Robinhood Rentals again when we come back as our go-to rental company. See more..

    Turtle Beach image
A quieter, less crowded alternative to the busy Siesta Key, Turtle Beach is a favorite amongst locals. The sand here is gritty yet still comfortable underfoot, and the water stays shallow as far out as 50 feet. Do not disturb the turtle nests, and note that the beach has no lifeguards on duty. You can rent kayaks here, and fantastic kayak tours stop by as part of their itinerary. You can reach Turtle Beach by car or take the free trolley from Siesta Key that will drop you right at the entrance. Either way, be sure to stay for a magnificent sunset. – Tripadvisor See more..

The farmers market was a great way to burn a couple of hours while checking out all of the booths. It got a bit crowded as the morning went on but the foot traffic was manageable. Our favorite spots included the flavored salt booth, the coffee bus, the honey spot, and the guacamole stand.
