Hidden and sunset perfect

Parking can be a real hassle on small islands but Shell Beach on Shell Road is tiny but darling spot to watch sunset and it is walkable if you stay nearby. Bring your chair or blanket and your favorite sunset drink.

    Is there public access?
    We wanted to go to Shell Beach, but could not find the public access-- if there is access, it should be better marked.

    Small Beach, big rocks
    This is a nice little beach on the far north end of Siesta Key. There are a lot of large rocks in the sand and water, and is a bit of a thoroughfare for boats.
