4 Star Places To Visit in Siesta Key, Florida, United States (13)
4.5Siesta Beach(8.574 reviews) - One of the top beaches on the Florida Gulf Coast Beaches • Parks
As the name suggests, Siesta Beach is a great spot for a lazy and relaxing day in the sun. Lay on its cool, white, and powdery sand, or take a dip in the crystal clear waters. The kids will love collecting the beautifully shaped shells, too. And don't about the kids—there are lifeguards on duty. While there aren't many beachside food options, you can head to the nearby cafes and oyster bars. Get a beachfront condo to make the most of your stay, or visit for the awesome sunset views on an e-bike tour of Siesta Key. There's even a Siesta Beach drum circle on some days. – TripadvisorSee more..
I actually stumbled onto Cresent Beach by accident as I was guided by my iphone map. I walked through a beachfront property not knowing it was for the properties guests only. A guest informed me about it and I thanked her for the information. As I was about to walk away to head to Siesta Beach via the street, she unlocked the gate entrance to the private beach. How lucky was I. Cresent Beach was isolated and beautiful. I walked to Siesta Beach picking up shells then jogged to Sarasota Beach and back to Siesta Beach... to the exit and back to my resort. Absolutely beautiful experience!See more..
4.0Turtle Beach(963 reviews) - Beach is For Swimmers, Not Sun Bathers Beaches
A quieter, less crowded alternative to the busy Siesta Key, Turtle Beach is a favorite amongst locals. The sand here is gritty yet still comfortable underfoot, and the water stays shallow as far out as 50 feet. Do not disturb the turtle nests, and note that the beach has no lifeguards on duty. You can rent kayaks here, and fantastic kayak tours stop by as part of their itinerary. You can reach Turtle Beach by car or take the free trolley from Siesta Key that will drop you right at the entrance. Either way, be sure to stay for a magnificent sunset. – TripadvisorSee more..

4.5Robin Hood Rentals(121 reviews) - Golf cart and bikes on Lido Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Gear Rentals
Great company, super friendly and accommodating. They delivered two bikes and a a golf cart to us on Lido Key since there are no rental companies on Lido (no delivery fee). We had great fun riding the cart around town and back and forth to the beach and shopping and restaurants. The bikes were the right size and had gears as requested. We took a few bike trips up to Longboat Key, what a great way to really get in there and tour! We will definitely use Robinhood Rentals again when we come back as our go-to rental company.See more..

I visited this shop twice during my short visit to Siesta Key. They have attractively packed a wide variety of things in this relatively small shop. Clothing, jewelry, children's items, classic souvenir items are all reasonably priced. The woman working there was very helpful and friendly. A fun shopping experience both times. See more..
