4.5Tampa Riverwalk(1.845 reviews) - Great outdoor people play zone Spent 2-3 hours Scenic Walking Areas
This riverwalk is a scenic 2.6-mile-long path along the Hillsborough River where you can discover some of downtown Tampa’s must-sees. Enjoy a leisurely stroll and you'll pass by the Tampa Museum of Art, the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park—perfect for a picnic overlooking the Tampa skyline—and finally the Tampa Bay History Center. You can also bike or take a scooter down the riverwalk. If you need a rest, there's no shortage of rest stops along the way to watch the water taxis sail by. You might even be inspired to take a boat tour on the river yourself! There are also plenty of restaurants and bars for food and drinks with a view. – TripadvisorSee more..

The Key West Garden Club at West Martello Tower is a tropical garden paradise by the sea on the site of the remains of a civil war fort. It has garden rooms to delight you, the beach and sea to inspire you and history to intrigue you. This oceanside garden has free admission, free parking and is open to the public. West Martello Tower that houses the gardens has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior. The garden is maintained by many dedicated volunteers.See more..
4.0Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale(707 reviews) - Beautiful and Quiet Sunday: Spent 2-3 hours Scenic Walking Areas
Stroll through this area to find shopping, dining, and many cultural attractions.See more..
I love Historic Cocoa because it is partially a glimpse of an old Florida town, partially because of the eclectic mix of bars and restaurants located in a compact area and also because it offers a vastly different experience than beachside but it is super easy and cheap to get to. If you are in town for a couple days, a lunch or dinner in Cocoa Village will be worth it. I know this sounds like. Chamber of Commerce ad, it’s not. I love this area, am a TA fanatic, and want people to experience great places and if possible, like a local.See more..
4.0Harbourside Place(270 reviews) - Harborside was a pleasant improvement to Jupiter Scenic Walking Areas
I lived in Jupiter for years before moving in 2009. I returned to visit almost a decade later, and I couldn't believe how much the entire area of Jupiter had improved and Harborside Place was a huge part of that improvement. Plus the amazing major cleanup and expansion of the coastline, the beaches actually look like tropical island beaches instead of Jersey shore beaches it did 10 years prior. ( Thank you Lt. Col. Allen West) People complaining about noise will complain about anything, I've come to realize in my years of living in many different states and communities. To let that curtail anything positive is a tragedy, and should be fought by all who enjoy such a great improvement to a once shoddy looking area. Some people cannot stand the sound of others enjoying life, and they should be told to go back to where their misery will welcome their company, NOT in Jupiter, FL, No Way. Keep Jupiter vital and beautiful, great job.See more..
4.5St. Pete Pier(127 reviews) - That VIEW Piers & Boardwalks • Scenic Walking Areas
I loved this Pier so much!! It’s definitely the place to visit in St. Pete. You can park on the street ( some places are even free the rest you pay with your phone’s app) or at a public parking lot. As you walk towards the three story pier you will enjoy the gorgeous view and breeze of this impecable place. On the first floor the have a cool coffee shop and on the other floors they have restaurants. I got the opportunity to seat on the last floor’s restaurant and enjoyed delicious drinks with the breathtaking view. See more..

4.5Riverwalk(45 reviews) - Lovely, easy walk on a nice day Spent 1-2 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks • Scenic Walking Areas
Nice meandering walk through mangroves, with some water views along the way. Parked at Jupiter Ridge Natural area (free) on US 1 and walked the red trail to connect to the Riverwalk. Nice, easy walk, paved once you arrive at the Riverwalk. FYI for those not familiar - there are no shops or eateries along that part from Jupiter Ridge to Jupiter Yacht club. Beautiful footbridge over the water leading into Jupiter Yacht club takes you toward the part that has dining options as well as Harborside just past that. Walkers, joggers and bicycles along the route. Plenty of benches to sit along the way and a couple of water fountains. See more..
4.0Weekiwachee Preserve(29 reviews) - A nature lover’s dream Spent 1-2 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks • Scenic Walking Areas
Not to be confused with the Weekiwachee river, the preserve is a wildlife area that has numerous trails through flat, mostly sunny nature. Wild turkeys, deer, gopher tortoises, water birds, eagles and other wildlife live in the preserve. Best times to see wildlife are early morning or near dusk. This area is not a park. It is a nature preserve. This means basically no amenities. I live here and run in the preserve all the time but I’d never use the one bathroom. Numerous “hills” can be climbed if you want a nice view. Plan on how you will take out your own trash if you visit because there are no trash cans. See more..
