Besides the weather been a little cold and my teen age getting seasick we had a blast. what a blast!!! The adventure started out with a thrilling ride across the lake in the airboat before slipping into a swamp via a hidden river. Captain Steve weaved our boat through ancient trees waving strands of Spanish moss. You feel like you’ve gone through a time warp and entered a new world - deep in the bayou. As we made our way down the river, on our way to see one of the many natural springs, Captain Steve pointed out all the wildlife and told stories of the trees and foliage. We saw a lot of alligators throughout the trip and Captain Steve swung the boat around to be sure that everyone got to see each one. Every guest is invited to hold a live alligator, with plenty of time for photos. As an added bonus, we even got to see a bald eagle! Captain Steve was awesome. He was funny, interactive, and very knowledgeable. Diego was an excellent tour guide. We learned SO much about Palm Beach on this tour. The segways are easy to use, they give you instructions and practice inside the building and then off you go. They segways are equipped with headsets so you can hear him. You get views of palm beach you wouldn't see on your own and awesome stories to go with it! You also make a stop at the sculpture garden and library. We were a group of 5 - 2 Adults, 3 kids - 11, 13, 16 - all had prior Segway experience. My wife and I decided to stop at WDW for two days during our road trip from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. We chose to spend one day in Epcot and one in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We also knew that our stop here during the week between Christmas and New Year was the busiest week of the year in the park. But I also knew from a 2015 trip when we attended the parks over several days with our extended family of 13, that this company had amazing ways of making trips into WDW effortless and so very enjoyable. Denise was our amazing guide at Epcot, and Brenda was our guide for our day at Hollywood Studios. Both Denise and Brenda quickly became like best friends as they magically got us to fast-pass entrances at every ride. The longest we ever waited to board a ride was 15 minutes, and that was only once. We heard about park guests that waited literally for hours to board some rides, yet with Denise and Brenda we were able to enjoy every ride in each park before early afternoon. We also had prime seats at several live performances at the times we wanted to see them. And it all begins with a phone call to the company telling them when you'll be there and what you'd like to do. These amazing people will not only make suggestions, but they will also purchase your tickets, and make reservations - they do it all, and they do it with helpfulness and friendliness that is especially amazing in this day and age. We went on the 4 hour sunset charter with Captain Aaron and his wife, which included stopping for dinner at the Marina Jack restaurant. Our group of 5 had an amazing time aboard the One Love! We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and beautiful birds, watched the sun set, ate a delicious meal, and then Captain Aaron navigated us home under the stars. It was so cool to be one of the few boats out on the water at night. Captain Aaron and his wife provided great company, as well as good music and conversation-- they shared many fun facts about the area and pointed out celebrity homes along the way. We would definitely recommend this private charter experience as opposed to the bigger cruise boats that we saw out on the water. Oh, and it was great that the dinner reservation was taken care of by Captain Aaron, so that was one less decision to make/thing for us to do. Great time!See more..

A group of 5 of us booked a 4 hour charter for a 30th birthday celebration. Our entire experience was wonderful! We arranged transportation with Donna which is great if you don’t have a car or want to worry about driving. But I think the best part was captain Matt! He was very friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Water, ice, and light snacks were provided. He took us on a scenic route, pointing out different homes and wildlife along the way. We ended up seeing quite a few dolphins! Then we stopped at a sandbar where we were able to get out and swim. He also took us to a bar & grill on the water for a quick drink before heading back. Matt played great music for us and hyped us up the whole time! He took all kinds of group photos for us which turned out great. Don't miss going down the Hillsborough River! We stayed at Hillsborough River State Park and reserved 2 canoes for 9 am 4 hour trip starting at John B Sergeant. The number of birds, alligators and turtles we saw on the peaceful river was amazing. We only saw one other canoe plus school kids at Nature's School. I've been attending Walt Disney World since its opening. Being such a loyal fan, this tour was a dream come true for me. It gives you an in-depth look at much of the history and the incredible Disney attention to details. Then it gives you a look "behind the curtain" at some of the inner workings of WDW. We took the 10am boat tour today and it was enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The crew is very attentive and goes above and beyond to narrate the tour and point out all wildlife, not just dolphins. We were lucky to see a mama dolphin and her baby, as well as a quick look at one near the inlet. Some of the people's comments on here are ridiculous. It's nature, not an amusement park. They can't control where the dolphins go. A little over $20 for a nice boat ride is very fair, and if you get to see the dolphins consider it an extra bonus.See more..

What an amazing experience from the attentive staff to the large roomy catamaran too the amazing steering around 2 storms by Captain Mike. This was the best local cruise I have been on in a very very long time. The captain steered away from not one storm but two and kept us dry through the whole event. The music was great and the staff was very attentive throughout the whole event we even got to see two different sets of dolphins I would highly recommend this to anybody that was choosing to go out to sea day or during the sunset. They also provided wine beer soda water and assorted fruit and vegetable trays it was a perfect snack on the ship while sailing. I have gone on two Everglades airboat rides with Captain Wayne, and I highly recommend him! Captain Wayne loves his job, and it shows. He is excited about introducing visitors to the Everglades, he is very knowledgeable, and he is skilled at sharing that knowledge. He knows where to go to show the variety of birds, alligators, and plants. For example, on my most recent trip we saw a huge flock of white pelicans, which I had never seen before. It was amazing. Also I like the personalized in-depth approach, and the two-hour tours provide an ideal amount of time to see the variety within the Everglades. Yes, Captain Wayne's tours are more expensive than some other airboat tours, but I think it's well worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our airboat tours with Captain Wayne very much! See more..

It doesn't matter if you are staying in Clearwater or St Pete's, Outlander in IRB is where to go for the most enjoyable experience. Not touristy, and even customized to your party. To say that Captain Carlos is the Dolphin Whisperer is an understatement! He thinks like them and found them for our viewing pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, the boat is first class, and the dolphin watching is beyond fantastic. It is the best thing we have ever done while vacationing in IRB for 8 years now. I took my 84 year old mother on the tour. She had never seen dolphins in the wild and in the bay we saw lots of them. It was a cloudy, cool and windy day and even though we had layers on we made use of the blankets that they wonderfully had on board as well. The tour guides were wonderful with facts about the dolphins and information on some of the beautiful homes in the area. Because it is a pontoon type vessel the tour would be wonderful for families, although it was all adults on our tour. You will pay to park at John's Pass where the tour is based, but we had no trouble finding a place to park. If you book ahead of time the ticket area is on the same level as the boat and in the buildings right behind the dock. There is a restroom there as well.See more..

Caren was an excellent guide in the Everglades National Park. I first looked into the tour because my son has a year of high school German under his belt, but the rest of us do not. From the website, I could tell tours are offered in German, English and bilingual. The English tour was awesome! We were referred to divers paradise by our hotel on Key Biscayne. We rented all equipment and wetsuits (wetsuits are reserved separately for an additional fee) and it was all in great condition. The dive boat was also in good condition and our guide was good. This shop makes it pretty clear that you are responsible for your own safety underwater. The two staff on the boat were very helpful but if you don’t have a lot of experience and would like a little extra help (in and out of the water)I suggest you talk to the shop about that when you reserve your dive We dove on emerald reef, which was “average” - a good variety of coral and small fish but nothing big. We also dove Neptune memorial, which is an underwater cemetery, and saw another typical variety of reef fish plus a school of barracuda.See more..
From start to finish the folks at Sebastian Watercraft Rentals far exceeded our expectations even taking the Covid 19 restrictions into consideration. The boat was clean and well maintained. We reserved with Brian and I believe it was Mike that got us on our way on rental day. They provided some recommendations as to where to go and what to see thru the lagoon and Sebastian river and also provided some maps so we could navigate safely. Top notch operation and employees. My wife ( the first mate) and I enjoyed our trip so much we opted into a 10 rental membership without any pressure at all from the company. This is a very interesting experience and a chance to understand the Sugar industry in the U.S. We saw the sugar harvesting process from burning off the leaves to harvesting and delivery to the train. We weren't able to see the inside of the production plant due to an issue there. But it was still well explained from the outside of how it was processed. Capt. Tom Webber took me out for a half day. I decided to book him in the am before a the day businesses meeting began. I caught bonefish, barracuda and jack. He worked hard all morning to get me on fish. He had been fishing that area since he was 2 years old. He loves what he does and is very focused on his clients. Did a wildlife tour with three kids (6 & 9) and three adults and we LOVED it. They were super flexible and responsive in scheduling & logistics. The team was super knowledgable about wildlife, and the boat was in perfect condition, comfortable, and very professionally handled. We saw a LOT of spotted dolphins, it was truly magical. We rode some waves, pulled up to do some swimming, and took the intercoastal home. A perfect day on the water, and the kids are already asking to do it again. We were new to paddle boarding but wanted to give it a try so we called Gorillashark Boards for 3 paddleboard rentals. They helped us pick the best spot and then when they say that we were a little scared to go on our owns, one of the guides Robbie, was so nice and actually came out with us and gave us a private tour. He was so patient and knowledgeable! We learned a lot and had a dope time. I definitely recommend giving this company a call if you want to rent a paddleboard or kayak. We signed up for their bioluminescence tour on Saturday the 7th! They said with the new moon it's going to be super bright so we are very excited! The crazy part is their price was actually cheaper than most the others we called and they offered very nice equipment and the extra time to help us get comfortable.
