Absolutely the most enjoyable way to see Walt Disney World
My wife and I decided to stop at WDW for two days during our road trip from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. We chose to spend one day in Epcot and one in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We also knew that our stop here during the week between Christmas and New Year was the busiest week of the year in the park. But I also knew from a 2015 trip when we attended the parks over several days with our extended family of 13, that this company had amazing ways of making trips into WDW effortless and so very enjoyable. Denise was our amazing guide at Epcot, and Brenda was our guide for our day at Hollywood Studios. Both Denise and Brenda quickly became like best friends as they magically got us to fast-pass entrances at every ride. The longest we ever waited to board a ride was 15 minutes, and that was only once. We heard about park guests that waited literally for hours to board some rides, yet with Denise and Brenda we were able to enjoy every ride in each park before early afternoon. We also had prime seats at several live performances at the times we wanted to see them. And it all begins with a phone call to the company telling them when you'll be there and what you'd like to do. These amazing people will not only make suggestions, but they will also purchase your tickets, and make reservations - they do it all, and they do it with helpfulness and friendliness that is especially amazing in this day and age. This is one of the easiest 5-star reviews I've ever written for anything. Your trip to Disney could be a real dream come true, and it starts right here.

VIP Tours and O’Shea for the WIN!!
VIP Tours is the best guided tour company we have ever used - anywhere. Our trip took a quick detour when our trip (planned months ago with VIP Tours) had to be postponed due to one of our party getting Covid. We had a month to rebook flights, hotels, pre-booked restaurants, rides and the list goes on. VIP made the transition as smooth as possible. Our tour guide was then the preverbal icing on the cake. O’shea Boyce made our trip to four parks the easiest imaginable. She arranged our morning transfers from hotel to park, chose rides in the optimum order, helped us determine when to mobile order lunches, directed us to the best rest rooms (and yes that is a thing), navigated short cuts around the parks to keep ahead of the crowds, explained the rides (some not for the fain of heart), and other great facts about each park. We were 3 generations with 6 people, 2 boys, 2 parents and 2 grandparents ranging from 6 to 77. She was amazing with all 3 age groups. She won all our hearts by day one. We felt like she was such a part of our family. The cost for a private guide is a true luxury, but the time it saves on the apps, phones, standing in long lines etc. is worth every cent. Although VIP was the company we dealt with, O’Shea brought the entire experience over the top! We will plan another trip in the future and will only use VIP and hopefully ?O’Shea will be our tour guide again.
