My wife and I decided to stop at WDW for two days during our road trip from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. We chose to spend one day in Epcot and one in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We also knew that our stop here during the week between Christmas and New Year was the busiest week of the year in the park. But I also knew from a 2015 trip when we attended the parks over several days with our extended family of 13, that this company had amazing ways of making trips into WDW effortless and so very enjoyable. Denise was our amazing guide at Epcot, and Brenda was our guide for our day at Hollywood Studios. Both Denise and Brenda quickly became like best friends as they magically got us to fast-pass entrances at every ride. The longest we ever waited to board a ride was 15 minutes, and that was only once. We heard about park guests that waited literally for hours to board some rides, yet with Denise and Brenda we were able to enjoy every ride in each park before early afternoon. We also had prime seats at several live performances at the times we wanted to see them. And it all begins with a phone call to the company telling them when you'll be there and what you'd like to do. These amazing people will not only make suggestions, but they will also purchase your tickets, and make reservations - they do it all, and they do it with helpfulness and friendliness that is especially amazing in this day and age. This ride is my favorite! Definitely the best roller coaster at the disney world parks. If you like thrilling rides, this is a must. We went to Animal Kingdom on a busy day during a school break but the wait wasn’t bad. We waited about 40 minutes during the middle of the day, then went on again during the evening when the wait was only about 15-20 minutes. I love not just the ride, but the queue as well. There are many cool things to see while waiting in line. Expedition Everest is a Disney classic, if you’re at Animal Kingdom you need to go on this ride! See more..

This roller coaster was a blast. What was great about it is that it's a more "thrilling" roller coaster, but not so far extreme it's not enjoyable for all of us. I really enjoy "launch" roller coasters the most, so this is a great aspect of the ride. I'm sure the queuing video and music could use an update/refreshing, but it's still very enjoyable. Our teens liked it so much that they went back multiple times to ride it....and this coming from one who admits he's not a roller coaster fan! See more..

Are you certified to dive? Would you like to try something different at Disney world? Do you want to have the chance to swim with sea creatures that people would go out of air trying to photograph in the wild? I have done this dive three times now and can't recommend it enough. It is the highlight of my Disney trips. All gear and wildlife are provided. Tips: 1. Bring your own mask. Not required but why risk having a bad dive due to an ill fitting mask? 2. If your family is at the aquarium at the same time, you can get video of you inside the tank and them on the outside. 3. A video of the dive is for sale after the dive (it is Disney world after all). Dive cameras aren't allowed. If your family is at the aquarium have them shoot some video or take pictures of you in the tank. See more..

Unlike many of the rides in the vicinity, Soarin’ is way more exciting. The ride simulates you flying over numerous world landmarks and beautiful scenery. The ride will leave your feet dangling. If you have loose-fitting shoes, you can leave them on the floor at the start of the ride as the ride will return to the same spot at the end. There is a net under each seat to place your belongings; do make sure your items are fully in the net as your seat will be lifted in the air during the ride. We used Lightning Lane for this ride, but still had a 15-minute wait to get in, though better than the hour plus wait on the regular line. See more..

Great live show with lots of action. Dancing, singing, acrobats, it has a little bit of everything. Wheelchair seating is limited, and the lines are long, even with a fast pass. While other live shows at the parks closely follow the plot line of the movie, this one does not. Yes, there is are elements of the Lion King movie, but it is rather limited. Still a great show, not to be missed while at this park. You can see that the performers are really giving it their all, and it shows. We've loved this attraction since the beginning and just came back from experiencing it again for the first time since 2016. Everyone in our little extended family on on board with this one as we keep bringing the youngest members who have never been there before. This is the hotel experience of a lifetime! I have to say that this was about the longest we ever waited in line for Tower of Terror but that really didn't diminish the thrill in the end. When we got to the actual boarding area, we found that only one set of elevators was in operation because the other set was undergoing maintenance. See more..

We had a group of 4 do Pandorum and Suburban Serial Killer. Both rooms were good. I think Pandorum was more immersive and had more unique puzzles (and harder too!). Both rooms I would recommend though. Very Fun. Both were pretty linear though, so would not be a lot for other people to do with more than say 6 as a maximum. Great ride highlighting the Toy Story franchise. Our first visit to Disney in a few years and our first on this ride. We thought better than the Buzz Light Year shooting ride. This is easier to control and easier to see where you are shooting. It's a pretty smooth ride with stops to let you shoot at a variety of things - even a ring toss at the gift machine characters. Good for all ages. Expect long lines 60-90 minute waits unless you can get a fast pass. We were most impressed they even have specially designed cars to accommodate those in wheel chairs. See more..

We took a ride on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad while at Disney's Magic Kingdom park. With the social distance requirements, the queue for this ride was very long distance wise but it did move quickly. We still waited over an hour to get on the ride. This is one of my favorite roller coaster type rides at Disney. I love the theme and the buildup on the ride plus the tight curves and unpredictable turns on the ride. It is a very fun ride. The wait time for the ride was no longer than 20 minutes during my visit, I assume this was because the new Disney Star Wars attractions are attracting most park guests. This is one ride you don’t want to pass-up, you will definitely enjoy this ride, especially if you are a Star Wars fan.
