I try to visit the Fresh Market whenever I'm near Gulfport on a Tuesday. It's a visit worth making. Gulfport is so quaint already, and the market makes it that much more fun to visit. There are a wide variety of vendors, but only one that actually sells only fresh produce. There are craft vendors, book sales, homemade items, fresh dairy and cheeses, clothing and so much more. The market is set up along the main street in Gulfport, and all the store and restaurants along the route are also open for browsing, shopping and eating. Check it out and enjoy a stroll alone the shore while you are there.See more..

We’ll set up farmers market and lots of dogs too. My dog was very happy meeting everyone. Definitely shop around on the vegetable booths to get better pricing. The guacamole vendor makes guacamole right there, it was pretty good we prefer ours with more heat but I had to buy and try. We spent about an hour there and had fun walking around.See more..

On the beach, mostly around Humiston Park parking lot in Central Beach neighborhood. Good variety of vendors: organic produce, bakery items, specialty coffees and teas, crab cakes, etc. I find the bakery breads and pastries particularly excellent. Opens at 8am and that is the best time to go — less crowded and better choices at stands. Superb people watching, good crowd buzz, and overheards. Very age diverse for Florida. Music alternates between two singer/guitarists that play excellent 70s and 80s standards. Tons of parking available on nearby streets. Always a happening.See more..
The farmers market was a great way to burn a couple of hours while checking out all of the booths. It got a bit crowded as the morning went on but the foot traffic was manageable. Our favorite spots included the flavored salt booth, the coffee bus, the honey spot, and the guacamole stand. If you buy nothing else you need to find the guacamole and sample their different flavors!See more..

If you are the type of person who wants to get in and out quickly, you are in luck as this is one of the smaller markets where you still have a good assortment of stands and be able to get all your shopping done in a few minutes. Fresh breads, farm fresh eggs, organic vegetables and fruits and much more, make this a delightful place to shop.See more..
4.5Fruitscape(16 reviews) - Fabulous fruit Farms • Farmers Markets
Great prices on fresh fruit and vegetables. Momma Donna’s items were rather expensive though. Also fun to walk through the trees and see jackfruit, starfruit and mangoes growing right there. My daughter requested an earlier opening time so she could get fresh fruit before her flight. They were willing to accommodate her and even pick strawberries fresh while she waited.See more..

4.5Kai Kai Farm(12 reviews) - Cooking Class Sunday: Spent 2-3 hours Gardens • Farmers Markets
We are a 40-acre vegetable farm of many flavors offering exquisite tastes in ticketed genuine Farm-to-Table dining, wedding ceremonies and receptions, private parties, and demonstration dinners. We sold our first vegetables in 2006 and today most of our produce is sold directly to restaurants. In addition, we offer retail sales at our own farm stand here at Kai-Kai Farm. Much of our fresh grown vegetables end up on dinner plates here at special events held between October- May. Join our CSA, purchase our vegetables at our market or visit area restaurants that support local farms (there are not many farms by the way-we need some). Our senior customers are Café Chardonnay, The Cooper, and The Breakers to name three. There are many more and we do not wish to offend but the list is too long for this space. Eat Local, Support Local!See more..

a brand new store which is a good size local market. It does carry a lot of very good produce which I noted was like hand picked. 2.5Salt Air Farmers' Market(2 reviews) - Smaller Farmer's Market near St. Augustine on Ocean Blvd Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Spent < 1 hour Farmers Markets
This Sunday market is located across from Marineland on Anastasia Island. Not sure of the exact address, but if you plug in Marineland, you can easily find it. This market was the smallest of the other two in the area held on other days. Small, but very homey and inviting. It was right on the water with boats moored at it's edge. Did pick up some strawberries and hot sauce......See more..
I stopped in to my hometown farmers market to see goods the locals had that couldn't be bought elsewhere. I came for Amish butter and cheese which I found immediately as well as some ringed bologna which I was able to try before I bought. Though the Amish products were from Ohio (where the true Amish reside) there were other vendors offering Florida plants, local produce including that of Beasley Farms who sell a mixed box of produce for $10 if you make the trip out to their farm. There were a few other vendors including: a Tupperware booth, custom T-shirts, a handmade soap booth, a local meats vendor, as well as a couple others but I would have liked to see more vendors, it'd draw a bigger crowd. The location is simply ideal; right in the heart of downtown Brooksville, surrounded by eateries and all the historic sights that draw tourists to this "Belle of Florida".See more..
