Cooking Class
We are a 40-acre vegetable farm of many flavors offering exquisite tastes in ticketed genuine Farm-to-Table dining, wedding ceremonies and receptions, private parties, and demonstration dinners. We sold our first vegetables in 2006 and today most of our produce is sold directly to restaurants. In addition, we offer retail sales at our own farm stand here at Kai-Kai Farm. Much of our fresh grown vegetables end up on dinner plates here at special events held between October- May. Join our CSA, purchase our vegetables at our market or visit area restaurants that support local farms (there are not many farms by the way-we need some). Our senior customers are Café Chardonnay, The Cooper, and The Breakers to name three. There are many more and we do not wish to offend but the list is too long for this space. Another great experience
Went to maybe my 10th farm dinner last night at Kai Kai with Chef Jimmy Everett from Driftwood. As usual was an incredible event. Kai Kai proprietors Diane and Carl are amazing and great hosts. Wine pairings are amazing. These dinners are also amazing values when thinking about the amount and quality of food compared to anything else in South FL. Already have more tickets for events later in season.

Small Critique of Demonstration Dinner
I attended the demonstration dinner with house chef Joanie Moore. Everything was delicious but just felt there was not enough of it. I loved receiving the recipes for this dinner and will probably make some of them especially the black bean burger appetizer (I dont really like beans) I went to my first dinner with Chef Mark Mueller in January and was pleasantly surprised by quality and quantity of the food served. The wine service at that event was excellent too. I would definitely attend type of dinner again and give Diane and crew high marks for the farm tour and dinner. If you have more demonstration dinners maybe change the name to a tasting instead of dinner
