The new CCL Mardi Gras terminal is the best terminal we have ever sailed out of. Very easy to find, parking was a breeze and we did not use the luggage drop off area. Once we parked on the second level we immediately found a porter who just brought out someone's luggage and gave him ours to take to the ship. We went up to the 3rd level and over to the terminal and is was time for us to enter. We checked in and cleared the security within 10 mintues, took our pictures and headed to the waiting area. All employees and staff were extremely helpful, courteous and very friendly and kind. The sitting area was very nice, the restrooms were spotless and extremely clean. Within in 30 minutes our zone was called and we boarded the ship after taking our photo ID for the ship. We were very happy and pleased with the way we were treated and got so quickly on the Mardi Gras.See more..

Awesome 2 days of fishing with Capt BO. I along with my friend Jimbo Have traveled all over the world and have fished in Florida numerous times but my first time on Lake Okeechobee fishing out of Roland Martin’s marina with Capt Bo. Must say we were on fish all day for two days straight. You name it we caught it. Largemouth bass ranging from 3 pounds to 8 pounds. Gar, bowfin, catfish, turtles, and of course the alligator who ate our bait and took off and would not break the line free we did not know it was a gator to 40 minutes later when we got it to the boat. I went on a Tuesday afternoon with my daughter to walk around Black Point Marina Park. I have been in that place many years ago but I didn’t know it has more than a restaurant and the actual marina. It turns out that he has a large walkway that you can use for either walk, run, or bike. I parked in one of the many places they have available for free to do so, then I walked around and enjoy the gorgeous view, and took some nice pictures of this place.See more..
And it was fun! Because it was the lunch for pelicans and egrets, who couldn't have to wait for some fresh fish from local boats and fishermen bringing it to the marina and 'to the table'. I just happened to be nearby, and took some photos. Observing these birds and their behavior, I couldn't help thinking, that sometimes they are just like human beings. Or maybe, sometimes we are like birds? Anyway, it was another great visit to the area and Clearwater Beach Marina, that just several weeks ago was as busy as ever. All kinds of boats, restaurants, souvenir shops, rental businesses. And tourists everywhere ... It's a very nice, bustling place to spend some time, and it's just across from the Clearwater Beach and Pier 60.See more..

This place is wonderful! My family usually stays here every year on their way down the coast to get to the keys! It's very easy to get stuck here for a few! They have a free bus that picks you up at the marina and will being you any where. Only thing is that the Wi-Fi is not to great. Over all I would highly recommend staying here! See more..
