The Miami Beach Convention Center is fantastic for large national or international conferences. The convention center is newly rebuilt and it is bright and airy. I have attended several multi-day tourism conferences here and no other destination convention center provides this incredible experience for attendees: world-class beach resort hotels, the South Beach entertainment district with amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, the iconic Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road Mall, just to name a few. I have been to the center multiple times over the years for music concerts, UM games, and graduations and the place offers a pleasant atmosphere with easy in and out because of the parking next door...Inside the seating is excellent and you get a good view of the basketball games from any seat...the concert seating and view depends on how much you pay for the ticket. The location is the best in Coral Gables, the city beautiful, my city. See more..

We are blessed to have this beautiful arts center in our area! I wouldn't call it a tourist attraction, though, so if you are expecting galleries galore you might be disappointed. But my review is of the facility as a venue for art retreats, and it is definitely top-notch! Located in a beautiful wooded area, off the beaten path, quiet and serene, and the studio spaces are huge. The "cabins" are comfortable and well-appointed. I love this place, I have attended retreats there several times and always come away well-rested and inspired! But if you'd like to check it out, there is a small gallery area and I think you are allowed to walk the nature walks. See more..

Previous attempt by Frank's Diner was unsuccessful thanks to terrible management team, high prices for terrible food and so-so entertainment. This entertainment business is closed and the sign is down. See more..
