Enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing
We took the 10am boat tour today and it was enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The crew is very attentive and goes above and beyond to narrate the tour and point out all wildlife, not just dolphins. We were lucky to see a mama dolphin and her baby, as well as a quick look at one near the inlet. Some of the people's comments on here are ridiculous. It's nature, not an amusement park. They can't control where the dolphins go. A little over $20 for a nice boat ride is very fair, and if you get to see the dolphins consider it an extra bonus.

Cruise was decent, first mate was RUDE
First off, the first mate was rude to our whole group while we were waiting to board, yelling at us to get off of that dock it's a private dock and he would let us know when they were ready for us. Then he asked everyone to come together to listen to the rules etc and talked to us like we were in FIRST grade. Later on, my kids were standing up front and talking back and forth with each other and he told them to basically go somewhere else and talk because he was trying to talk on the microphone and couldn't hear. He was NOT a nice person and in the wrong field if you ask me. Noone offered us water or snacks as advertised, we had to go back up to the indoor location where we paid to get them after we saw other people with them, and then it was some kind of generic bags of chips that were gross. Definitely didn't see any manatees, which that's what's written all over the outside of the boat. Did see some dolphins, birds, sailboats, luxury homes, etc. I do want to say that this was SUPPOSED to be a 2hr cruise and we were only gone about an hour and 40 min. We left at 6:30 and were back at 8:10, not 8:30 as was supposed to be. It was an ok ride, enjoyable, however we probably won't do it again when we visit Daytona Beach or Ponce Inlet. PSA....also there is a 3$ off coupon online so it makes the cruise 22.00 instead of 25.00. Be sure to look for it!!

Boat tour
It was fun to see the dolphins. Sadly it was a very cold and windy day and the majority of us on the boat were quite chilled. The owners do not require that customers wear face masks. I would ask them to encourage their customers to wear face masks as it is close quarter in the cabin and stern. I would also suggest that they improve their sound system. We could barely understand what the captain was saying. Thanks for an enjoyable day.
