  1. 4.5 Tasman Arch (264 reviews)
    - The Power of the sea
    Geologic Formations
    Tasman Arch image
Tasman Arch has been created in the cliff by the wave action of the Tasman Sea. There are spectacular views from the observation platform, however only wavelets on the day we visited. One of the signs described how the arch was formed, basically a cave roof collapsing to form a bridged chasm. We have seen similar in Albany, WA, the Natural Bridge Formation in Torndirrup National Park. See more..

    Tessellated Pavement image
Tessellated Pavement was well worth the stop when driving through Eaglehawk Neck. It was a short 5 - 7 minute walk from the carpark to the Tessellated Pavement. You could actually walk around the pavement and look at the cracks, loaves and pans up close - very cool. See more..

The carpark only allows 1h parking so I assume it might get busy at timrs. Spend about 15-20 minutes here it's plenty but a picnic probably isn't much of an option. Lovely views and some seating to have an ice cream or snack See more..

Fossil Bluff is very picturesque and you can do a great walk to the cave at low tide. A great little beach for fossicking and collecting shells. Watch out for blue ringed octopus in the rock pools. See more..

Once a forest but these calcified tree roots were never trees. That is the introduction to the story behind this remarkable geological formation known as the calcified forest. Great for photography, nice short walk to the Lina looking landscape but keep an eye out for snakes. We saw one. The bird life is also quite abundant At the parking area is a picnic spot where our your group had an amazing lobster lunch. There is also a drop toilet and a water tank to wash your hands. 6. 4.5 Alum Cliffs (49 reviews)
    - Short walk to a great view
Spent < 1 hour Lookouts • Geologic Formations
    Alum Cliffs image
From the small car park, you have a short walk (about 20mins) along a gravel path, to reach the viewpoint. The path does go up and down a bit, but is well maintained. Alongside the path at regulr intervals are info boards, giving information on the wildlife, the area and its importance to Aboriginal culture. The walk back is along the same route as the walk out. The view is pretty spectacular, so definitely make the effort to visit if you are in the area. See more..

Absolutely worth the walk to the lookout. Probably 30-40mins each way from the culdesac parking for moderate fitness. I’m not a hiker and did it in 30mins each way. The view is amazing and the track is great. It gets foggy but if it’s windy the fog comes and goes. See more..

    - Pure magic

    Lake Chisholm image
This was my favourite place on the Tarkine Circuit Drive. The path to the lake takes you through some truly beautiful rainforest. With the massive fallen logs in the forest, the colorful fungi, the mosses clinging to trees and rocks and the vast number of tree ferns it really is a magical place. The lake is surprisingly large and is said to be one of the best examples of a flooded sinkhole in Australia. Its waters are very still and cold, and I'm sure very deep. Platypus are said to live here but we didn't see any. It is an easy walk from the carpark, at most half an hour each way. See more..
  10. 3.5 Blow Hole (3 reviews)

    Cube Rock image
The walk took about 3 1/2hrs which starts from Little Blue Lake car park. We spent a long time on top admiring the view and the rock. I was pleased to see so many species of orchids including a rock orchid. The only obstacle was a small creek too wide to jump, so socks and shoes came off, I'm sure with less rainfall it won't be running so well. A very enjoyable walk, reasonably well signposted.
