   This place is fallen down hill. I remember when I was younger going to the mall and hanging out but now it's just a sad place to be. There is nothing left hardly any stores. They have alot of unused businesses there they should add something. Try putting something in for the kids a indoor park or bounce place. Don't let what left of that place go down hill anymorw.    Went to see a movie at this cinema tonight (Saturday). Discovered they do not employ people out front selling tickets anymore, you have to go to the snack counter to purchase your ticket. If you are someone who is not interested in purchasing snacks, 15 to 20 min of your time is wasted standing in line. When businesses like this choose to waste my time I choose not to go back.    This is the largest and generally only bike shop in the area (Lexington or Mansfield). We were in the area and a part broke. I was 18 miles away and while i could ride to the shop (its on the B&O trail) i needed to know if they had the right part. No one answers the phone. The recording says they are too busy. I tried sales, service and rental options. No luck. The next day we drove there and i was able to get the part. They didn't seem that busy. My suggestion to Y-not: Hire someone to answer your phone. This is not good customer service. Triage the calls so it doesn't take up your technician's time - it really put a bad taste in our mouth. This town needs a competitor down the street if they are really that busy - would be a great place to open another shop!!. That said - its a large shop with seemingly good inventory. Good thing -since you'd have to drive to Cleveland or Columbus otherwise. See more..

   I have been going to Luminous for 7 months. They were always on time and very nice. I don't know what has changed but today is my last day ever going there. This is the third time I have scheduled an appointment and upon arrival i have been asked to wait more than 15 minutes. The first 2 times I figured hey, this is unusual, I'll go with it this time...This afternoon, 15 minutes after my scheduled time, Mindy was still in the middle of someone's pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager Tony and he just about told me that as a customer I should understand and just wait or go some where else. Absolutely shocked. I asked him if that is what he meant and he said yes and walked away from me. I left and called to get a corporate telephone number and the third, very young and obviously inexperienced, receptionist in 6 months, tells me to "find it on Google or something" and hangs up on me. I hate saying this and I hate that I was treated that way as a customer; don't go there, they have gone to **** and only care about money. This review probably won't upset them, but I hope it stops plenty of people from going there and being treated like they don't matter. See more..

    This place is a nightmare. It is local to my lakehouse so I decided to go in for a few beers with my 80 year old father. The bartender was drunk and the only other patrons (guy and girl) tried to pick a fight because we weren't regulars and wouldn't give her money for the jukebox.     New name,they changed it to The A-list Tanning Co. maybe new owners also, not the same place I used to visit. Rude employees, who hang up on the customer who calls voicing a concern because they feel they're to busy to talk to the customer on the phone. The employees do not know the health code rules as well as they should. I would not recommend this salon when there are other more knowledgeable and concerned with customer satisfaction in which to spend your tanning dollars.     The members I met did not seem interested in sharing information on the history of their facility or engines. When asked direct questions, they did not answer and changed the topic of discussion. Perhaps it was a bad day, maybe it was just the members I met, or perhaps they just were ignorant to the history and future plans, but it seemed they were grumpy and not happy… very opposite from other places I have visited where the members are excited to be sharing info and history to someone who is interested.
