    Gilboa Quarry is under new management and is better than ever!!! The new staff is so welcoming and friendly. Andy, from Columbus Scuba, is making the quarry a fun, clean, magical place!! Soon people can bring friends and family who don't dive to the quarry to swim at a new beach. The place has been cleaned up, repaired, added new underwater sites, and all payment options are taken now. This is by far the best diving experience in Ohio!! See more..

    I took my sons to get their pre-certs done here in March for our trip in May. We had Dave as their instructor and he was fantastic. He even took time to explain drift diving as we were going to Cozumel. The lessons and pool time were fantastic and the teens really loved the teaching style. He was very patient ( I mean three teens lol). We have now been on our trip and both dive instructors were very impressed with our skills and remarked that we must had had a great teacher!!!!!     Do you want a SCUBA dive tour provider that is ok with forcing their clients to travel against CDC advice when covid-19 cases are worse than the spring 2020 shutdown or lose their travel money? Do you want a SCUBA dive tour provider that is ok with forcing their clients to travel against CDC advice or lose their money when covid-19 cases are worse than during spring 2020 shutdown because it is too inconvenient for them to rebook tours that are rebookable with no or low costs (and doesn't bother to ask client's their opinion?) Do you want a travel SCUBA dive tour that is ok with risking their clients and their families and the tour operator's lives (and wrongful death lawsuits for these people)? Do you want a SCUBA dive tour provider that doesn’t have a contract? Do you want a SCUBA dive tour provider who organizes a dive trip oversees and then fails to ensure that it is actually possible to fly on the day the dive boat leaves to the airport where their tour promotion says you can be picked up and transported to the dive boat, forcing you to spend an extra night to fly when flights actually happen? Do you want a dive tour operator who failed to correctly license their business with the state for years? Then based on my experience, Sharkbuds is the company for you. Otherwise 2-star; there are tour providers out there who care about their client's safety and long-term business far more than this company which seems to be just a hobby for the owner’s travel desires.
