    If you love food and cooking, then this International School outside of Cleveland, OH is a must attend. While they offer professional cooking degrees in Pastry and Savory, there recreational cooking classes really are outstanding. Loretta herself teaches most of them. She is a first rate chef, great instructor, and a down right charming, gracious and fun to be around. She is from Bologna Italy, hence you get some great Northern Italian recipes. The facility is state of the art, has four large kitchens, great equipment along with a host of other very talented chefs that teach everything from Sushi 101 to Gluten free foods.     I cannot say enough great things about this place! We have been to multiple places that host cooking classes and this is definitely my favorite experience. I have now been for two private workshops and have thoroughly enjoyed both. First, you learn a lot! Great tips and tricks for the kitchen. 2nd, you get a ton of food and it’s always good. 3rd, the Mikes are awesome! They always make you feel like you know what you are doing (even when you might not). They are patient, fun, kind, and you will be happy with your end product. Finally, it’s an excellent value for what you pay and the wine was plentiful! This is the ideal place for date night, girls night, team building or just about anything else.
