I’ve gone here before with friends to bowl (the bowling alley has both regular bowling and black light bowling) and we have found they can accommodate many people at the same time since they have over 20 lanes. The prices here aren’t too bad either at something like $20-$25 for a lane for an hour and $2 per person shoe rental. Also on offer is a whole room of arcade games that can keep you entertained for a very long time-no matter your age! You can also grab a soda, beer, and/or bar snacks while you’re here playing. I only wish they still had the miniature golf area that they had back in the day, otherwise still a lot of fun and I highly recommend it to others.See more..

The pizza with the party was much better than the standard bowling alley fare. The staff was very helpful and kind. The best part is that amidst all the coronavirus issues, the staff cleaned and sanitized literally everything before our party. I remember not really liking Lake Erie Lanes as much back then, but my viewpoint changed over time. It is well-maintained and the lanes function well. It doesn't have breakdowns all that much. Service is good as well. There are plenty of parking spaces, so that therefore doesn't make that a problem. Overall, it has turned around and I find to have a liking for it now. We happened upon Harrison Bowl and went inside. The place was small enough to be friendly and not overwhelming. They offer a summer special of $1.50 per game and $1.50 shoe rental. Wow, we had nothing to lose. The lady at the counter helped us get set up with bumpers in the lanes for the kids. She also helped us find the appropriate size balls for each of us. Although none of us had much experience bowling, we had loads of fun. We bowled two games each, which seemed like enough. People of all ages were there and everyone seemed to be having fun. I visited O'Dea's Pub inside Cooper's Bowl to see if the pub could accommodate our group of 9 people to watch the Ohio State v. Michigan State football game, enjoy some food, and have a few drinks. Buck greeted me as I walked in, and he was so hospitable showing me around the the facility, telling me about the history of Cooper's Bowl and all about the memorabilia that is present throughout. Our group decided to meet in the pub for the game, and everyone who waited on us was super welcoming and accommodating. Rodney Knickel, Owner and Bill Ludwig, General Manager were especially helpful and attentive. I have celiac disease, so I have to eat gluten-free. Cooper's Bowl has a delicious gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust, and they take great care in the preparation to avoid cross-contamination. They also have several good ciders. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town! Such a great place! Although I did not bowl here, the place was packed with families on a Saturday night, so it looked like a really fun, clean, cool retro bowling experience.See more..
