5.0Riverside Food Tours(1.439 reviews) - Our Lovely tour of the city of Cincinnati Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM City Tours • Walking Tours • Beer Tastings & Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Food Tours
My husband booked a tour of the city which included at least 6 different restaurants for a sample of their signature treat. We were blessed with 45 degrees weather in December, so it was a beautiful day to stroll around the city. Our tour guide Beth, was amazing! She was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable! Since we were the only folks on the tour we did not feel rushed. We also were able to ask lots of questions. We truly enjoyed the city of Cincinnati, and highly recommend Riverside Food Tours for an incredible experience of food, sights and plenty of history! Had we tried to venture the city on our own, we would not have had the same experience! This 3 hour tour, was money and time well spent!!See more..

We do the “Waves of History” all day trip on a beautiful fall day. Absolutely loved everything about it: food was great, good amount of time at the 2 VERY interesting historical homes we visited, pleasant people to travel with. The Blennerhasset Island stop was fascinating; we took the 1/2 horse-drawn wagon ride (additional charge but worth it). Then the Henderson Plantation stop was also great: bagpipers met us, an amazing array of historical articles to see (especially loved the clothing display), and watching a glass-blowing artist and wool-spinner. There are many steps up and down the 4 stories of the house, but there is a video for those who can’t manage. Then beautiful sunset in the way back. Just a fantastic, calm, relaxing day out. We stayed at hotel the night before, but drove back to Columbus, OH on return.See more..
4.0Olentangy Indian Caverns(139 reviews) - A Great Experience Sunday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Sightseeing Tours
For years, I have been by the signs advertising this place. I decided to visit the caverns. It is a great place to spend a couple hours, and there are activities for the whole family to enjoy. The cost to get in is reasonable. A place to mine for gems, a petting zoo, and a treasure hunt maze will help keep the kids entertained. The caverns themselves are not too big. There are stairs that must be climbed, so be award of that. The employees I met were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this experience to anyone, especially those interested in science and geology.See more..
5.0Lorain Port Authority(125 reviews) - Fabulous alternative perspective on the city Sightseeing Tours
I'm a local history buff and never knew this tour existed, so excited to take it and learn more about Lorain from the view of the water. The Black River is really quite beautiful and it's important to understand Lorain's industrial history. You'll leave this history tour appreciating both.See more..
5.0Troyer's Amish Tours(98 reviews) - THSN Class of '67 celebrates 75th birthdays. Sunday: Cultural Tours • Historical & Heritage Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Private Tours • Food Tours
My classmates from The Toledo Hospital School of Nursing, class of '67 visited Amish Country to celebrate our 75th birthdays. We chose Troyer's Amish Tours , 3 hour tour with an Amish home cooked meal. From the moment we arrived and met our guide, we knew we were going to have a very informative tour and we were not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining as we wandered through the countryside. Our tour ended with a home cooked Amish meal. The food was phenomenal and the hostess was warm and welcoming. Her children, who served the meal, captivated with their politeness and poise. I would recommend this tour to everyone.See more..
5.0Trolley Tours Inc(12 reviews) - Great tour Sightseeing Tours • Bus Tours
Highly recommend this tour. The Tour guide was friendly and very generous in sharing his knowledge of Marietta and its history. Also want to compliment the driver on her skills in maneuvering the trolley throughout the tour through the busy streets and narrow side streets. After the tour ended, we had a pretty good idea of what places to explore.See more..
This is a great drive it tour with a host of different places and activities to visit. Geauga county puts out a great Driving Map with details and information. There are numerous locations outside of Geauga county also. This is everything Maple and activities vary greatly from location to location. Check it out online or get a paper copy to plan your trip. There is everything from demos, sampling, hayride, exhibits, breakfasts, walks., candy making demos, maple product stores.... Highly recommend breakfast at one of the Amish houses (check the schedule ...not on Sundays). Activities vary from place to place and each has their own unique thing. Be sure to dress appropriated for possible walking outdoors or for cooler weather.See more..
The actual journey was so much better than I could have imagined. We did the sunrise flight and the sight of the skyline from 6,000 feet was breathtaking. When we noticed that we were going close to our house he tried to get us as close as possible. Even tried to land in our yard but we got really close. The view of our home from a birds eye view was really special. They told us the odds of that happening, that we got that close was nearly impossible so that made our trip even more unique. Excellent company. We were laughing and joking with them. I will recommend them to anyone.See more..
