We had an incredible time! Our guide was super helpful and patient. We're beginners, not experienced, and felt very comfortable. We experienced some heavy rain while out in the pasture but it just made the ride more memorable. We really loved horsebacking riding here. It was just me and my partner on the ride, and we got to get the horses up to a trot. It wasn't like many horseback riding places where the horses just seem to go along automatically. I felt like I really learned something. Nice people, too!See more..
Anyone who didn’t give a good review did not give this a fair appraisal. The staff was excellent, and the “cowboy” was an amazing human. He talked to my 12 year old like an adult and gave her tons of praise. He went out of his way to help my wife onto a horse and walked her around the indoor stable (she has MS and is in a wheelchair). This place is a hidden gem in Hocking Hills and Olivia and Rob were amazing people. What Olivia does by rescuing these horses from abusive homes or farms is truly amazing. It was a beautiful August day with a light breeze and when we arrived Olivia's sisters were there to greet us and have us fill out waiver forms. Had the chance to listen to the stories about each of the horses and how Olivia rescued them. We were paired up and went on a very nice 2 hour ride through the horse trails of Hocking Hills. My girls enjoyed the ride very much and I had a great time too, other than my butt was really sore by the time we were done. Not used to being in a saddle. Highly recommend!See more..
