   If I could give them 10 stars I would and here's why: * Outstanding customer service! My mom (who's 80) is mobility limited. I was concerned about booking the Manatee snorkel adventure for myself, with her as a ride along, because of her ability to access the pontoon. We went the day before the snorkel and chatted with Bruno at the front desk. He mad sure we received all the answers to our questions plus reassurance they would make it work for her. Not only did they fulfill their word, they went above and beyond on the care they provided for her * The snorkel itself was beyond any expectation I had! Shanna was my snorkel instructor as well as photographer who made sure that my experience was one I would always remember. We spent over an hour with a mom manatee and her young pup with Shanna gently guiding me into the best position to stay connected with them both. The photos she took are wall hanging worthy! * Matt was our captain and he made sure that my mom was receiving attention while I was in the water. He shared stories, information and education on the area and the manatees. When I finished my snorkel, we still had a few minutes left so he took us on a quick tour of the area, pointing out areas of interest to keep my mom engaged.     Mike and Ryan were fantastic. They took us to a location where our small group was able to get up close and personal with multiple manatees. They found a place for us to snorkel where there weren't a ton of other boats so you're not sharing the manatee with a bunch of other people and bumping into other people. We took the first trip out in the morning, which I would recommend, before it gets too crowded and the water has decreased visibility. Wet suits, hot coffee and hot chocolate, towels, and boat coats to keep warm were provided. The boat was covered and had walls to keep us warm. They take excellent videos and photos of your group with the manatees, which you can purchase for a reasonable price. All staff we interacted with were friendly and eager to help.     We booked a manatee snorkeling tour for three people with fun 2 dive as they offer tours for small groups. This was perfect for us as our party included a 4 year old. We ended up with just the three of us. A private tour for the regular price. Lucky us. Captain Dylan and guide Gaby quickly found the manatees, made great pictures and made sure our son could safely join the water as well.     I recommend that you take the EARLY trip, you will be on the water before the sun rises and anchoring as the sun is coming up. The manatees are more active and will likely come right up to you if you remain quiet and still. The captains and in-water guides are VERY professional and really took care of our kids.     We travel in a large RV and had a cruise reservation for 9:00 AM on a Saturday. On Friday we received an email from River Safaris that there was going to be a very large artisan fair on Saturday and the roads will be jammed with both car and foot traffic and navigating the narrow roads with our RV may be vert difficult. We informed them that we were running ahead of schedule so they made arrangements for us to have a private cruise on Friday afternoon allowing us to be out of the area prior to the start of the fair. Our guide "Irish Dave" was fantastic. He carefully brought us into the middle of 20+/- dolphins swimming and jumping all around the boat.     With two younger kiddos we purchased individual lightning lanes for our first go at this ride. By the time I rope dropped for early entry and made it back to the end of the line, it was already at 75 minutes. We did ride a second time by getting in line at the end of the night where we waited for about 60. Throughout the day I had been checking and don't remember seeing wait times less than about 60 minutes- which considering the crowds, in hindsight were probably really good. I was a little worried about this one since I experience some motion sickness that is very much visually aggravated. I found that meclezine was my friend and focusing on background images vs close up subjects really helped for this one. Also, if you every start to feel queasy, simply close your eyes for a moment- the scenery changes pretty quickly. If you reach the height requirement, this one is a must ride! See more..

    Paddle boarded in Daytona on 02/07/23 12:30 PM and it was a great time. We didn't have much luck with the wildlife, but the day was beautiful and our group was fun. Ryan was our tour guide and he was very informative, entertaining, and personable with all of us! He was also kind enough to get a few pictures of us while out on the water!!! We bought phone bags so we could take pictures out on the water and not worry about dropping our phones. They have cute colors at the shop for around $13!     what a blast!!! The adventure started out with a thrilling ride across the lake in the airboat before slipping into a swamp via a hidden river. Captain Steve weaved our boat through ancient trees waving strands of Spanish moss. You feel like you’ve gone through a time warp and entered a new world - deep in the bayou. As we made our way down the river, on our way to see one of the many natural springs, Captain Steve pointed out all the wildlife and told stories of the trees and foliage. We saw a lot of alligators throughout the trip and Captain Steve swung the boat around to be sure that everyone got to see each one. Every guest is invited to hold a live alligator, with plenty of time for photos. As an added bonus, we even got to see a bald eagle! Captain Steve was awesome. He was funny, interactive, and very knowledgeable.     Diego was an excellent tour guide. We learned SO much about Palm Beach on this tour. The segways are easy to use, they give you instructions and practice inside the building and then off you go. They segways are equipped with headsets so you can hear him. You get views of palm beach you wouldn't see on your own and awesome stories to go with it! You also make a stop at the sculpture garden and library. We were a group of 5 - 2 Adults, 3 kids - 11, 13, 16 - all had prior Segway experience.     I have always read about and followed Navy Seals as I am very intrigued with their training. When in Vero Beach we saw this museum was nearby and had to visit. So glad we did! The museum you go through is at your own pace and you can quickly burn 2 hours before you know it. It is divided into periods and how the “Seals” evolved. I read a lot and watched videos going through the museum and thoroughly enjoyed it! All the artifacts are authentic and when I climbed into the chopper I thought how amazing it would be if there was ‘Virtual reality’ tied to it. I reached out to Kristl to see if they could create a last minute private tour and they were able to accommodate us and add a few more to our group on a day that they do not normally book tours.     My wife and I decided to stop at WDW for two days during our road trip from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. We chose to spend one day in Epcot and one in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We also knew that our stop here during the week between Christmas and New Year was the busiest week of the year in the park. But I also knew from a 2015 trip when we attended the parks over several days with our extended family of 13, that this company had amazing ways of making trips into WDW effortless and so very enjoyable. Denise was our amazing guide at Epcot, and Brenda was our guide for our day at Hollywood Studios. Both Denise and Brenda quickly became like best friends as they magically got us to fast-pass entrances at every ride. The longest we ever waited to board a ride was 15 minutes, and that was only once. We heard about park guests that waited literally for hours to board some rides, yet with Denise and Brenda we were able to enjoy every ride in each park before early afternoon. We also had prime seats at several live performances at the times we wanted to see them. And it all begins with a phone call to the company telling them when you'll be there and what you'd like to do. These amazing people will not only make suggestions, but they will also purchase your tickets, and make reservations - they do it all, and they do it with helpfulness and friendliness that is especially amazing in this day and age.     They are the highest flying parasail company in the area. You could visibly see how low some of the other companies around were sailing. The crew members were positive and upbeat and made jokes. Great experience! The one thing to note that if you purchase the Groupon for this company they sell out the Groupon time slots over a week in advance.     Brought my shark obsessed girlfriend out as a birthday present. We went out with Sophia and Captain Austin who made sure we had a fun ride out to see the sharks. Immediately saw 4+ bull sharks right below us when we stopped. Sophia hopped right in followed closely by our small group (2 others along with my 2 person party). We saw probably 8 bull sharks over the course of the hour and ended the dive with a feeding from the boat where we really got to see the sharks feed and come a bit out of the water. 10/10 experience I was nervous booking (worried we wouldn’t see sharks, worried it would be a huge group of people, etc.) but all the previous reviews were 100% correct. I’d recommend Florida shark diving to anyone regardless of your interest level in the creatures. It’s truly once in a lifetime. See more..

    Beautiful morning and we had the boat all to ourselves. Instructions were clear, life vest and harnesses were snuggly put on and Jordan and Captain John made us feel comfortable. We were nervous during take off but after that it was a very calming and relaxing experience. I would do it again!     Jupiter Scuba Diving on the Kayalami is always amazing. My wife and I go to West Palm Beach/Jupiter area of Florida several times a year for scuba diving. We always make sure that we book a charter or two on the Kayalami. The crew and captain are always top notch professional in creating a safe environment while also making the dives unbelievably fun. All of the dive guides are great at finding everything interesting under the sea that is in the dive area. When we first started diving on the Jupiter charter we were lucky enough to be paired up with Anne. Now anytime we bring someone that hasn't been diving in the area with us, we always try to get Anne as a private guide. She is either the best or luckiest (I think simply the best) at finding the most amazing things to see. I highly recommend Jupiter Scuba Diving if you want to have a safe and fun diving experience.     We went on the 4 hour sunset charter with Captain Aaron and his wife, which included stopping for dinner at the Marina Jack restaurant. Our group of 5 had an amazing time aboard the One Love! We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and beautiful birds, watched the sun set, ate a delicious meal, and then Captain Aaron navigated us home under the stars. It was so cool to be one of the few boats out on the water at night. Captain Aaron and his wife provided great company, as well as good music and conversation-- they shared many fun facts about the area and pointed out celebrity homes along the way. We would definitely recommend this private charter experience as opposed to the bigger cruise boats that we saw out on the water. Oh, and it was great that the dinner reservation was taken care of by Captain Aaron, so that was one less decision to make/thing for us to do. Great time! See more..

    I have fear of heights and I am in my 50’s. I was not eager to try zip lining but YOLO. Well, we even came past the cut off time yet they accommodated us and did not feel any pressure on time. I am so thankful to have Chase and Hannah as our guide…they are a perfect team. Hannah’s soothing voice calmed down my nerves and Chase’ reassuring feedback boost my confidence. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and soooo easy to get along with….felt like I was in a group of my long friends. I was shaking and screaming on my first zip line…but was enjoying the activities on my second one…and was having a blast on the third one. There were 5 zip lines and other activities/challenges included. You just need to trust your guide and listen. Now, I am eager to do this again on my next visit. I highly recommend this place.     We had a blast with Captain Tony & First mate Colby. We were all first timers and they were reassuring and gave clear direction. It was a smooth ride! They were all courteous and polite. They played some great tunes and we're informative with our questions. Jessica was also excellent both on arrival and departure making sure we got the pictures we wanted.     Sunset Cruise Palm beach was not what I expected because it was not a catamaran with a sail. Did not have a sail at all. But we loved it. The captain did an awesome and funny job narrating an hour tour of the harbor history, exotic homes, yachts, etc. We watched the sunset with music, fruit, snacks and beverages all included. Even saw a rainbow. We appreciated having plenty of shade after being out in the sun all day. But if you want full sun it was available. I recommend it. See more..
