   Bought $30 worth of oranges and a smaller orange (can't remember the name and the bags don't tell you what they contain) and I could do better at the grocery store in central Missouri. They tasted terrible and the oranges were moldy. I asked the sole employee what "U.S. #2 or Better" (which was stamped on the bag) and she did not know. I should have left then. See more..

Most of the employees (from the front desk and therapists) don’t wear a mask. Stefani King from the front desk has the Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a spa/massage envy location.    This is a gym for a Good price for $10-20 a month, this location smells a little and their wifi doesn't work. They are like Planet Fitness, they just do not advertise or give free pizza and bagels. Similar setup and good price. This location is older with old machines and needs some cleaning/updating. It has an odd smell when you first come in and their wifi never works here.     This nine hole course has gone downhill in the recent past. The fairways and greens are being watered but the bunkers are hardly being maintained and are hard as rock. The clubhouse is about as basic as you can get, a small bar, couple of restrooms and what look like 50 year old sets of rental clubs. When we played there were no signs on any of the tee boxes listing the hole number or yardage. We were told someone stole all nine of them and they had not been replaced. This is basic golf and you better know your way around the course and hope the yardages on the scorecard are right because the lack of signage and yardage markers on the tee boxes and the fairways make it a challenge. There is water and bunkers on some holes, it is unique in that you start on Number One in Michigan and end on Number Nine in Wisconsin. See more..

    We arrived at 1:20 pm for our 1:30 pm reservation. They weren't ready for us but suggested we give their horses some treats while we waited and said it would take about 15 minutes to get the horses ready. My son and I are both experienced riders so this sounded reasonable. 35 minutes later we were mounted and ready to hit the trail. But there's no trail. You're just riding in loops around their property. Around the barn, around the ring, around the pool, under and around some paddocks and trees. Our guide spent the whole time looking at his phone and smoking his cigarette, to the point that he walked his horse into a tree twice. We stopped frequently so he could return text messages, dismount to retrieve his fallen sunglasses, towel, water bottle, and phone. An older woman boarder was following us and another woman was following our group in a golf cart. The boarder's horse spooked twice when the golf cart ran over fallen branches. About 35 minutes into one of the many loops around their place (yes it was getting a bit monotonous) the guide suggested we canter. The elderly woman was not confident she would be able to handle that but the guide said she'd be fine. Off we took and off she fell. Where she lay in the dirt motionless for 5 minutes... during that time I suggested someone call 911... nobody would so I did. After being on the phone with 911 for several minutes she hopped up and proclaimed she was fine but I wasn't sure - could be adrenaline. My son and I had both already dismounted and once the guide walked back toward us I handed him both our reins and said we would be leaving. See more..

They said we aren't returning your money "because we don't have to" implying the course makes so much money that regular people golfing like us are meaningless to them.     As a regular NM customer in Tysons Corner, Va I have come to expect high things from the NM chain of stores. Of those I have visited the Bal Harbour location was by far the worst. I went to find a tshirt I had been looking for, while on vacation in Miami. I went to the men’s floor (floor 3 I believe it was, the floor with the cafe) And proceeded to walk thru the merchandise 3 times and no one ever spoke to me or acknowledged me or tried to help. I literally saw 3 people on the floor, so it’s not like it was busy. Finally, I decided to leave and go downstairs and look at cologne as that was something else I wanted. The lovely associate in men’s fragrances helped me and even took me back up to the men’s shop and tried to help me find the tshirt I was looking for, to no avail, but at least she tried.
