Yes can rent/lease. BUT you never want to go near this place. You will be held up. Like a gun pointed to your head. Every word from anyone there is a lie. First time people there, never return. Parts sales service, all the same. Well known by the neighbors. Police always there. Get your 4wheels some place else.
