Excellent Private tasting experience
We scheduled a private Bourbon Tasting. It was a great experience. Clark greeted us in the tasting room where he explained the process of making bourbon, the history behind it as well as the history of the operation there in St Augustine. We were able to taste 4 different offerings as well as a short tour of the plant. The distillery also distills their own vodka, gin and rum. You are able to sample all of them as well as mixers during the tour. There is a $30 fee for the private tasting, which we did with a guest of ours and will do again with other guests.

A nice distillery in a historical building. Focusing on a handful of focused products
Is distillery is located in Saint Augustine and is in an old ice plant building with a lot of character. One side of the building is A restaurant and the other side is the distillery. They had a pretty good rum, vodka which is high proof, whiskey, and several mixers. You get to sample three very small samples of premade cocktails which were really good. You can purchase the mixers in the gift shop for about $18. I enjoyed the grapefruit Tobuscus mixer which was not actually part of one of the cocktails that we had sampled so I was happy to have asked for a sample of it and it was delicious. Patrick was an excellent employee serving up ideas as mixers and providing straight samples of the products. All in all it was a good distillery I just think that the prices were a bit high but then again you are in Saint Augustine and it is a expensive area.
