I did not hear what the total sled count was, but I am guessing over 1,000 vintage sleds would be a conservative estimate on Saturday. The snowmobiles are driving around, so you get to hear and see them in action. There is a swap meet, and an indoor display building with a few vendors and a themed display area. This year they highlighted the sleds and drivers that competed in the Winnipeg to St. Paul 500 mile snowmobile race. Lots of cool history in that building! There was a food tent that had burgers and hot dogs and drinks. Arctic Cat set up a test drive area where you were able to ride their new sleds on a snow cross course. That was a lot of fun. The weather was perfect this year, plenty of snow and cold, but not bitterly cold, temps. Entry will cost you less than $20 bucks per person and the parking is free. Wear warm cloths and be prepared to walk a lot. This is a great way to spend a day, or a weekend! See more..
