Full disclosure: I'm overweight and have never hiked before in my life. But I did it! It's two miles, including the spur trail, to the summit. You'll hit a flat steep rock to get to the summit, but I had no troubles. Oddly enough, it's mostly downhill until the last .25 mile to the summit, and mostly up hill on the way back. Trails were wide, people were friendly. We will definitely hike this again the next time we are back. See more..
